The cozy apartment at Grosse Parower Str. 85 (completely renovated 07-2017), 18435 Stralsund is approx. 150 meters linear distance from the beach promenade.
The 2.5-room apartment usually offers space for 4 people (alternatively 4 adults and a maximum of 2 small children) and has the following features:

Sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestattete FeWo in Strandnähe
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Spülbürste bis zum Klopapier ist alles dabei was man sonst immer mit schleppen muss. Es gibt ein großzügiges Bad sogar mit Fußbodenheizung in der Dusche. Dass sich dieses im Kellergeschoss befindet ist überhaupt kein Problem. Lediglich die Deckenhöhe (ca. 1,95 m) könnte für größere Menschen problematisch werden. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Appartement
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Im Bad steht eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Lediglich der Check-Out war etwas überstürzt. Ansonsten aber top :)

Saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist jedoch nicht wirklich ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene gute Lage, man kann bequem zu Fuß am Wasser zum Hafen und zum Zentrum laufen

Meinung zum Urlaub im Juli 24
Wir waren von Stralsund sehr enttäuschend, diese Stadt ist sehr schön jedoch auch total schmutzig. Überall liegt Müll rum. Beim Einkaufsmarkt haben wir jeden Tag gut eingekauft, müssen jedoch 35 EU Strafzettel bezahlen. Nur weil wir das mit der Parkuhr nicht gesehen haben. Also sehr Urlauberunfreundlich. Unsere Ferienwohnung war nicht schlecht. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Wir werden in dieser Stadt keinen Urlaub mehr machen.

Saubere Wohnung mit einem Hinderniss
Der Aufenthalt war ganz gut aber ein sehr großer Nachteil in der Wohnung ist, das die Toilette und Dusche im Keller ist. Wenn man nachts auf die Toilette muss und das im Halbschlaf, ist das nicht so schön, noch Treppen zu laufen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr gut gelegene und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Das Bad mit Toilette ist nicht auf derselben Ebene wie die Wohnräume, sondern über eine Holztreppe im Keller zu erreichen. Wen das nicht stört, der findet hier ein tolles Ferienobjekt in direkter Strandnähe.

Wohnung , fast mit Meerblick !
Die FeWo liegt super, nahe der Altstadt, nahe am Sund, man kann alles gut zu Fuß oder Fahrrad erreichen. Sie ist ideal, um die Umgebung , z.B. Insel Rügen zu erreichen. Leider können wir nicht volle Punkte vergeben, bei der Buchung sind wir davon ausgegangen, eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern vorzufinden, das war nicht der Fall, so dass wir das Wohnzimmer zum Schlafen mitnutzen mussten. Es war uns auch nicht möglich, vor Antritt der Reise mit dem Gastgeber Kontakt aufzunehmen, so dass es am Anreisetag zu kleinen Unstimmigkeiten kam. Wir hätten eine Telefon-Nr. bekommen müssen, unter der wir uns nach der Ankunft an der FeWo. melden sollen, damit uns die Wohnung augeschlossen wird. Auch das war leider nicht der Fall, so dass wir erst nach 45 min. Wartezeit und Durchfragen in der Nachbarschaft an die Kontaktperson gelangten. Wenn es möglich ist , solche Dinge abzustellen, können wir die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Die Kommunikation, die Wohnung und alles drumherum war hervorragend. Sehr ruhige Lage, strandnah.
Buchung, Kommunikation, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren gut. Alles erforderliche war vorhanden. Für evtl. Probleme, die nicht aufgetreten sind, war ein Ansprechpartner vorhanden. Das Objekt kann ich weiterempfehlen.
