Everything is new!
The apartment was completely renovated by a companion Master cabinetmaker and a companion upholsterer decorator: me :)) with high-end materials, triple glazing, sound and heat insulation.

Hyper downtown and perfectly quiet, very bright with 2 large windows with blackout blinds.

Located Place des Tripiers on the 2nd floor without elevator of a superb half-timbered building from the 18th century. With a magnificent open view on the Place des Tripiers, in front of the barrel :)

Fiber optic WiFi, free entry with key safe.

The 35 m2 apartment in detail:

An entrance with a soundproof door, a cupboard with wardrobe and storage.

A living room including a double wall 140/190 cm retractable wall, a sofa (which can be transformed into 2 single beds 90/190 cm including one as an extra drawer ideal for a child) a decorative fireplace, an electric heater, a TV with a fiber box. The window is fitted with a blackout blind.

A pretty fitted kitchen including a small dishwasher, a combi microwave oven, a double induction hob, a hood, 4 stools by designer Starck, fully equipped with dishes and utensils for cooking. A filter coffee maker and a Nespresso.
Salt, pepper, paper towel, sugar, oil on site.

A marble bathroom with shower and drying washing machine (program in 1 hour washed and dried). Basin cabinet in Corian. Hair dryer, shower gel, soap, shampoo.

A separate toilet with door.

A bedroom with a double bed 140/190 cm, a single drawer bed 90/190 cm extra ideal for a child. A closet with wardrobe and storage, a small desk. An electric heater. The window has a blackout blind.

The provision of household linen is an optional extra.
€ 10 per person for fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels.

The apartment can accommodate 7 people (6 adults and 1 child) for short stays, the space then being optimized to the maximum, if you want to have more comfort, for groups you can rent the apartment adjoining (the door next to it) identical to this one in terms of area and beds, you can accommodate 14 people in total. The accommodations are as listed. The room is on the 3rd floor with questionable stairs. Otherwise, this is a great location and wonderful accommodations.

Location is great- 2 blocks from Cathedral. Older half-timber property, so small rooms, galley kitchen, consistent with architecture. Murphy bed in living room allows 4 occupants, but best for 2 people.

Great Accommodation!
My mother and I stayed here while we were visiting some family in the area. It was well-furnished and clean and truly lovely! I would definitely stay here again. I would warn older people that there are quite a few stairs to reach the apartment. It was fine for me, but my mom couldn't carry her suitcase up there. Another thing to note is that it overlooks a very busy square, so it can be a little loud at night with the windows open. I thought the atmosphere was fun and festive, but others may want something a little quieter.
