Our spacious 70 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor without an elevator, is perfectly designed to accommodate up to 8 people, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. It features three bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200 cm), and two others with large double beds (160x200 cm). The living room also has a Ikea Hemnes sofa bed (160x200 cm) providing an additional sleeping option.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals and includes:

• A L’OR Barista coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules
• A microwave
• A toaster
• A kettle
• A refrigerator
• A cooktop
• All necessary kitchen utensils and complete dinnerware.

The dining area has an extendable table that can seat up to 8 people, perfect for group meals.

For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, but laundry detergent is not provided. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower, and the apartment has one WC.

Access to the apartment is through a keyless smart lock, with a secure code that will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

For parking, we recommend the areas around Stade de la Meinau or near the Krimmeri tram stop. However, these options are located a bit farther from the apartment.
