It 'very bright, with an east-west orientation.
The apartment has 5 beds and consists of an entrance, a dining area with open kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. From the sofa bed of the living room you can get the 5th bed.
The view over the lake Maggiore is one of the most beautiful and complete to be found anywhere in the area.

The most beautiful view

The photos on the website were absolutely spot on! The apartment was light and bright. Self check in was easy and exactly as described. The situation above Lago Maggiore was breathtaking and even in the rain the view was ever changing. Out of season the local restaurants were not open but a new supermarket in Stresa with a carpark was good for shopping and the apartment was well equipped for cooking. A handy tip - if the hire car company offers to upgrade to a bigger car, turn them down politely! The roads are steep and very narrow! A gem of a place.

Mesmerised by the view

We chose this apartment for the stunning views on the website, but seeing it in person was a whole different level. The changing light on the lake was mesmerising, from early morning to evening and especially watching thunderstorms roll over the lake below. The apartment is a little tricky to get to first time around but then it is easy once you know the route. A car is essential. Two restaurants are within walking distance. The only improvement I can think of would be to have a washer in the apartment but I can live without one for a week and wouldn’t choose anywhere else to stay. Also, thanks Roberto for allowing flexible check in arrangements to suit our travel plans. A great stay!

Lovely property with stunning views

Delighted with all the facilities. However, the view is stunning and thoroughly enjoyed our stay .Would really recommend the area of Stresa. Local restaurants are good and we were able to do several local walks. Went to Switzerland to see Lorcano and the Matterhorn. Would definitely go back again. Many thanks Roberto.

Unbelievable view and great Apartment!

What a view and such a nice apartment. Windows everywhere and very clean and tidy. The apartment is high above Lake Maggiore with a view looking right at the Barromean Islands. It is very close to an incredible hiking trail. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

Tolle Gegend, sehr zuvorkommende und gut vorbereitete Vermieter

Wir hatten als Familie sechs tolle Tage in Someraro. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man im einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Der Blick ist einzigartig. Die Straßenführung zur Wohnung allerdings auch. Man sollte keine Angst beim Autofahren haben. Die Gassen sind teilweise sehr eng und wenn Gegenverkehr kommt muss man Tetris spielen 😄 Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und bemüht. Informationen rund um Wohnung und Region haben mit Tipps haben wir auch bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unglaublicher Blick auf den Lago Maggiore

Wir haben erholsame Tage in der Wohnung von Rossana und Roberto verbringen dürfen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterfamilie verlief ausgezeichnet. Roberto hat uns im Vorfeld sehr detaillierte Informationen zur Anfahrt geschickt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberfamilie empfangen, erhielten zahlreiche tolle und nützliche Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles wurde genau und sehr freundlich erklärt. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See war sensationell und überwältigend. Selbst mein Mann, der stets und ständig unter Strom steht und nur schwer relaxen kann, wurde von dieser wundervollen Aussicht gefangen genommen und meinte, er könnte den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon sitzen und den See beobachten. Die Borromäischen Inseln liegen einem quasi zu Füßen. Ein Ausflug zu den 3 Schönheiten ist ein Muß, wobei uns die Isola Bella(wie es der Name vermuten lässt) am meisten beeindruckt hat. Die Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung ist tatsächlich nichts für einen Hasenfuß wie mich, aber meinem Mann hat es sogar Spaß gemacht, die kurvenreiche, teils enge Strecke hoch und bergab zu fahren. Der direkt am Haus liegende Parkplatz ist natürlich auch Gold wert!! Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass nachts und zum Teil auch tagsüber fast absolute Ruhe herrschte. Es war alles sehr entspannt und man konnte super durch- und ausschlafen. Für den Restauranttipp „Cardini“ in Someraro, nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt, waren wir auch sehr dankbar. Wir haben nur bedauert, dass wir dieses tolle kleine Lokal mit leckerem Essen, sehr freundlichem Service und moderaten Preisen erst am letzten Abend besucht haben. Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit in Ihrer Ferienwohnung!! Wenn es sich einrichten lässt, würden wir gerne nochmals bei Ihnen wohnen.

Ein Traum am Berghang

Eine großzügige, schöne Wohnung mit unglaublichem Blick über den See. Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto und gute Nerven für den letzten Anstieg. Nichts für Fahranfänger. Aber die Mühe lohnt. Supernette Vermieter und eine tolle Wohnung jenseits des Touristentrubels. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick

Wir durften zwei Wochen am Lago Maggiore genießen. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist sicher der traumhafte Ausblick. Der Empfang von Rossana und Roberto war sehr herzlich, es gab tolle Tipps und leckere Süsißkeiten. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, geütlich und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. In Stresa kann man bequem einkaufen. Ein eigener Parkplatz steht auch zur Verfügung, was in einem Dorf am Hügel sehr vorteilhaft ist. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen sicher wieder. Super ruhige Lage mit einem unbezahlbaren Ausblick

Wir wohnten mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene/2 Jugendliche) in der Wohnung. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und waren daher kaum tagsüber in der Wohnung. Die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter Roberto war herzlich und er gab uns noch einige Tipps bzw. es lag genügend Info-Material in der Wohnung. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Lago Maggiore ist sensationell und im Angebot nicht übertrieben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Zwei kleine Mängel: die Dusche ist recht klein und mit Duschvorhang und es gibt keinen deutschen Fernsehempfang. Fazit: sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf den See der für vieles entschädigt

Très bel appartement avec vue extraordinaire sur le "lago Maggiore". Chaque matin et chaque soir avec leur luminosité différente nous ont émerveillés. Nous avons apprécié tout le confort et les commodités et ainsi profité pleinement de notre semaine en Italie. Cette région est magnifique par sa splendeur et sa richesse historique et architecturale. Wat een uitzicht!

Een schoon en mooi appartement met een schitterend uitzicht op het meer. Een fijn balkon aan twee kanten. Het ziet er van binnen heel gezellig uit en de bedden zijn prima. De vriendelijke eigenaar met zijn vrouw geven je alle informatie. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar het centrum van Stresa te gaan en boodschappen te doen. Vlakbij zit een prima restaurant Gardini, heerlijk eten en de eigenares spreekt Engels, Duits, Frans en Italiaans. Je kunt er ook s morgens brood halen en s middags een drankje drinken. Een appartement om zeker naar terug te gaan.

Fantastisch!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern über Ostern in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wegen der Schlafenszeit unserer Kinder konnten wir spät Abends nicht so viel unternehmen. Dies war jedoch nicht schlimm, da diese Wohnung einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore hat. Da die Wohnung sich auf einem Hügel befindet, sollte man schon mobil sein, wenn man Kinder dabei hat oder aber lauffaul ist. Die Preise in den Restaurants und Geschäften sind im Vergleich zum Gardasee moderat. Die Einheimischen sind stets sehr nett und zuvorkommend. In allem ein schöner und idyllischer Urlaubsort wenn man die Seele baumeln lassen möchte und keinen Aktivurlaub begehrt! Der Vermieter ist im übrigen auch sehr nett!

Séduite par cette vue inoubliable

Appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé. Le quartier est très calme. Les ruelles d'accès sont étroites mais cet appartement bénéficie d'une place de parking, et c'est un privilège très important. Et la vue est magnifique. Commencer sa journée avec un lever de soleil sur le lac, c'est inoubliable.

Ein guter Ort zur Erholung und Ausgangspunkt für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub

Sehr zweckmäßige und ruhig gelegene Wohnung für Ausflüge in das abwechslungsreiche Piemont. Sie ist von zwei langen Balkonen umrahmt, die einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Borromäischen Inseln und den Lago Maggiore bieten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, sodass wir jeden Tag piemontesische Spezialitäten kochen und mit herrlichem Blick auf den See genießen konnten. Wir waren zu zweit Anfang September dort und das Wetter war traumhaft (tagsüber sehr warm bei leichtem Wind und abends angenehm kühl). Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war genau zutreffend und die Vermieter, Roberto Sargiani und seine Frau, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Daniela, die für die Betreuung der Wohnung vor Ort zuständig ist, hatte für unsere Ankunft alles perfekt vorbereitet. Wir können die Wohnung für zwei Personen (auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern nur empfehlen).
