Wouldnā€™t do it again.
Have less than 20 parking spots for the whole hotel or a 7 minute walk to and from parking lot. Room for 3 you can barely get luggage in. While visiting only 1 nice front desk person. Donā€™t stay here is there are more that 2 of you and/or you have a car.

Walking distance from train station Tube stop just outside hotel Breakfast was average but more than plenty on offer Staff very helpful Nice clean hotel Canā€™t fault this hotel apart from the shower screen, having a shower in the morning wets the floor quite a bit even with the small towel provided, beautiful looking design but unfortunately doesnā€™t catch all the splashing from body This is a very modern building situated next to a shopping mall, restaurants and little park with amazing water feature architecture for kids to play in i would give this a 5/5 rating but I paid about triple the average night stay due to being their to watch the euros I have looked at the normal price and Iā€™d say this is a bargain at the price
