So time of year is a major factor when booking at this hotel as with most authentic German hotels there is no AC in the rooms. Avoid a sunny room because masonry buildings retain heat from the day. The breakfast room and courtyard dinning were superb.

I booked this hotel for a short stay. Then I became ill and was in the hospital for 7 nights and was not well enough to travel to this hotel. I didn't realize this was a nonrefundable booking. When I realized that it was nonrefundable, and I was/am still sick, it just was not important to me to cancel the booking, so I did not.

This is our first time to Stuttgart. This hotel gave us a warm welcome. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a big plus, good quality and a lot of choices.

Nice stay
Check in was very busy and the words be kind came to mind. This is a family owned Hotel NOT a chain. The facilities are a bit dated but the restaurant and service in there is FANTASTIC! And great food. Perfectly adequate. Breakfast is fine. There are steps to get up to reception but staff happy to help with heavy luggage. Lift up to your rooms

If you arrive late in evening, there is no one at the registration and doors are locked. There is a note to ring the door bell but no one will answer it. There are phone numbers but no one will answer those either! So, you will be standing there for a long time!! and you will finally ending up going somewhere else. People maybe nice but I never got a chance to go in!

Ich wĆ¼rde das Hotel nicht empfehlen.Wir haben extra ein Hotel gebucht mit Sauna nach Ankunft wurde uns vor Ort mitgeteilt das Sie angeblich erst in 3 Wochen repariert werden kann.( Ist nicht auf der Webseite vermerkt)Die Kaffeemaschine wĆ¼rde im November repariert werden oder ausgetauscht.FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck begrenzt ( Eier hart)Wir hatten den Eintrug das das Personal mit ausreden versuchte die jeweiligen Situationen zu entschƤrfen.Das Zimmer wurde nach Beschwerde erst einigermaƟen gereinigt.So ein schlecht gefĆ¼hrtes Hotel hatten wir noch nie.Der Zimmerpreis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.Garagenpreis zu hoch.GetrƤnke am Automat zu teuer,Kein Entgegenkommen beim Check out und auch keine Entschuldigung.šŸ€šŸ€Das beste am Aufenthalt war das Restaurant zur Hexke freundliche Bedienung und exklusive Gerichte das kƶnnen wir nur empfehlen.šŸ€šŸ€

Gut war die NƤhe zum SI-Center, sehr freundlich das Personal, die Matratzen waren gut, das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck sehr ordentlich. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, zur StraƟe raus, warm und laut. Insgesamt aber ist das Hotel fĆ¼r einen Kurzaufenthalt, z. B. wegen eines Musicalbesuchs, durchaus zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groƟ, das Bad noch kleiner. Beide RƤume sind schlecht belĆ¼ftet und sehr warm. Die Rezeption hat versehentlich den Zimmerpreis nochmals von unserer Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl der Betrag von 188,35 ā‚¬ bereits von uns an Ihr Unternehmen im Februar bezahlt wurde. Erstattet wurden uns aufgrund der Doppelzahlung nur 166,78 ā‚¬. Die Differenz von 21,57 ā‚¬ sollen wir uns von Ihnen erstatten lassen. Unmƶgliches Verhalten und sehr unfreundlich war die Buchhalterin. Wir bitten um RĆ¼ckerstattung.
