Great Service
Best check-in experience in years. Friendly, informative, polite, professional - excellent experience. Room was as described, comfy sofa, big tv, good bed, good bathroom. Breakfast was quite good as well. The location is excellent as it’s right off the highway. Al in all, the check-in experience is what sets this property apart from others in its class.

It is a bit of an older location. Some areas of the hotel have been cleaned up and updated but still some areas that need some attention. The room had bugs coming out of the sink when I first checked in. The staff weren't too bad. The area around the hotel isn't the greatest. Close drive to other locations (about a 5-10 min drive) like the Nickel and downtown. If you need a quick and easy stop for a night, no bells and whistles this is the place.

You get what you pay for, staff was OK, but certainly did nothing that would warrant above an average review. The breakfast attendant was dressed and sweatpants sweat top at a baseball hat and asked for your card only when you tried to take food. The bacon was floating in half inch of grease and that is not an exaggeration. I made point of pointing it out and he changed it to fresh bacon. The hashbrowns were Stone cold. When my room was refreshed, the towels that were put in had holes in them.

Generally the stay was good. I have an aversion to mold in the bathtub, and this bathtub had more surface mold than I could tolerate. The continental breakfast was good and had a wide selection of options. The staff was friendly.
