THE SPACE!
4,200+ sq. feet of living space on 3 levels!
A regulation size pool table with 2 large screen TV's and a U-shaped bar on level 1 provide ample space for several activities. Main Floor features a fire place in the living room open into a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is WELL STOCKED with just about anything you might need - all you need to bring is the food! There is a gas grill on the upper deck & fire pit in the yard (bring your own firewood). Multiple outdoor and indoor seating areas provide privacy for those who want it and plenty of space for groups to gather.
Enjoy floating in the 32 ft. HEATED built in pool complete with its own tiki bar, open May 1 and closes October 31. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! The pool is 9' at the deep end and 3.5' at the shallow end.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM LAYOUT:
MAIN FLOOR: Master Suite with king bed and full bath with jacuzzi tub and adjoining suite with a queen bed (adjoining suite entrance is through the master bedroom). Also on the main floor is a small bedroom with a full size bed just off the living room. There is also a half bath on this floor.
LOWER LEVEL: Bedroom with king size bed and walk in closet (large enough for a pack-n-play), this room adjoins the full bath. Full bath also has it's own entrance with the common area and is shared with the other bedroom. Second bedroom with a king bed and private entrance. There is a twin day bed and twin sleeper chair in the common area.
LOFT AREA: There are 2 twin beds in the loft and twin trundle bed, private bedroom with queen bed and twin sleeper chair that adjoins to full bath. The loft is open to the lower level so this is considered shared space.
Two (2) air mattresses available and can be set up in multiple locations. We have one pack-n-play with bedding available.
Listed rate is for up to 12 people, if you have more than 12 people there is a fee of $35/per person per night. Please notify us if you would like the sleeper chair, air mattress or additional twin bed in the loft set up. We assume double occupancy for beds unless otherwise notified. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional payment if we find there were more guests present than the number that was indicated.
MINIMUM STAY of 3 nights Memorial Day to Labor Day.

There is an area on the 3rd floor that is not accessible to guests and not pictured in any of our photos, some doors are locked to guest access. Guests have the entire home to themselves. The garage is not accessible to guests.
All guests will be asked to sign a liability waiver upon check-in.
Guests are able to access the home through a keyless entry system. Host and house manager are available via cell.

Our neighbors include deer, red fox, wild turkeys and stray cats (every once in a while). Not a fast paced neighborhood -- you may have to wait a little bit before passing Amish buggies and farm tractors but its worth it.
Beautiful views, tourist attractions, golf and dining (Amish style and otherwise), the world's largest cuckoo clock, flea markets, Warther's Carvings, cheese houses and wineries are just a few (15-25) minutes away. West on state route 39 takes you to Walnut Creek and Berlin, which has many eclectic shops and restaurants;
For the golfers: 4 golf courses within 15-25 minutes of the home.
We are 20 minutes from the New Towne Mall and 45 minutes from Canton's Belden Village Mall and Pro Football Hall of Fame if you need a city fix.
There are several local transportation companies if guests want to visit the local wineries and breweries or have a personalized Amish Country Tour. All of them must be booked well in advance. Message us after you secure a reservation and we can provide contact details.
The Lodge Pluses:
 -- Ample common space for family activities, games, quilting, scrapbooking, (good lighting and 8' folding tables available) and more.
-- We provide; Keyless entry, Pool Table, 5 TV's, jacuzzi tub, heated pool, Tiki bar, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and amazing fall foliage with wonderful views of rolling hills and countryside, hiking, outdoor fire pit and basketball hoop w/basketballs.

The Lodge Quirks:
-- Cell service can be spotty on your approach, it is best to have printed direction with you as you may loose signal. Once at The Lodge, you can call and text with most carriers, but may have slow/low signal on the lower level.
-- The pool is open May 1 - October 31, as long as mother nature co-operates.
--4-wheel drive/AWD vehicles highly recommended in the winter as driveway is 1/2 mile long and a little steep; however there is a back entrance should it be needed. We will notify guests when this would need to be used.
