"Vista Pines" w/ Hot Tub, Deck, Arcades, King Bed, & BBQ-Dog Friendly

"Vista Pines" is a place where families and friends come to celebrate, relax, & work. The ample entertaining space and bedrooms throughout make it a versatile space that attracts world travelers who are looking for a mountain escape.

- The relaxing hot tub on the brand new deck.
"Vista Pines" is an authentic spacious Big Bear escape. It's suitable for up to ten guests who are looking for a memorable mountain adventure.

Here's the sleeping arrangements:

1st Floor Bedroom:

2nd Floor Bedrooms:

King Bed & 2 Full Beds w/TV & Balcony

There is a full bathroom on each floor.

There is a laundry room with a full washer and dryer.

Games included:
Pac Man, Space Invaders, Outdoor Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, & Tetherball.

When you step out back you will be on a huge deck that has a BBQ Grill, a Hot Tub that seats 7, a giant connect four, a lounger, and an outdoor dining table that seats 6 people. When you step off the deck you will be able to relax on a hammock for two. The backyard is fully fenced.

The dining table seats 8 people and there is a bar with 4 stools.

We are permitted for 3 cars but the driveway comfortably can fit 2 cars. Parking on the street is not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am and are strictly enforced by the city.

If you plan on using the fireplace, please grab some fire wood, a duraflame log, and a lighter or match to help get things going. You can purchase these items at our local gas stations or grocery stores.

No smoking of any kind allowed on the property.
