With much love and dedication to detail, we have thoroughly renovated the apartment for you in 2016 and lovingly designed.
Bright and spacious rooms with stylish and modern facilities await you.

On the ground floor, the open kitchen living and dining area invites you to linger and offers the opportunity to start the day with delicacies from the local baker and butcher.
It sets the framework for the atmospheric dinner or the cozy get-together after a happy day. A spacious sun terrace is also available.

In the 1. Upstairs there are 3 cozy bedrooms and the bright bathroom.
The rooms are equipped with a total of 5 separable beds with high quality mattresses and ensure the best night's sleep.

Leinach is located in the heart of Lower Franconia, the region of wine, nature and excellent authentic food places.

In the immediate vicinity you will find extensive forests for hiking, cycling or Nordic walking.

In 15 minutes distance, the spa of the historic spa town of Bad Köningshofen awaits you with the first Naturheilwassersee Germany. At a similar distance they will find the largest lake in Lower Franconia with rich leisure facilities. Not far away is also the spa town of Bad Kissingen with a variety of spa services, extensive parks and excellent food.

A great getaway
This is an exceptional clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated accommodation. We enjoyed our stay there and the cherry on the cake is the friendly and welcoming owners. Leinach is well situated for walks and cycling. Use the Komoot APP to get full enjoyment from the forest and agricultural landscape paths.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts - weder an Küchenutensilien noch im Bad. Einfach top! Zudem ist die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns noch etwas Spielzeug für unsere kleine Tochter vorbei gebracht. Auch Tips zu Ausflügen wurden gegeben und immer wieder gefragt ob alles passt. Perfect vakantiehuis
Het huis is ruim, licht, modern en toch sfeervol ingericht. Verhuurders zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. De omgeving heerlijk rustig met mooie natuur direct in nabijheid. (wandeltochten of ATB fiets op brede gravelwegen door bos ) Voor eten, boodschappen is auto nodig, waarbij tussen 3 en 5 km voldoende keus aanwezig is. Zeer aan te bevelen !

Hier stimmt einfach alles! Sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und einem tollen Garten. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Man kann hier die Ruhe genießen aber auch tolle Ausflüge und gutes Essen in der Umgebung genießen! Wir haben dort eine rundum gelungene Woche verbracht!

Eine tolle Wohnung mit allem Komfort
Das Örtchen Leinach liegt schön umgeben von den Haßbergen. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus verschiedene Wanderungen beginnen. Die Wohnung bietet viel Komfort und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir haben und da sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einzige, was von Nachteil war, war der nicht vorhandene Handysignal (von keinem Netzanbieter- einfach Funkloch). Dank des W-Lans konnte man jedoch mit der Außenwelt kommunizieren.

Urlaub im schönen Franken
Mit Freunden haben wir 4 wunderbare Tage im FH von Fam. Heyn in Leinach verbracht. Das FH ist etwas abseits gelegen, dafür ruhig und erholsam. Die Einrichtung des FH lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden und super modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es auf jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter, Fam. Heyn, sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir danken für unbeschwerte Urlaubstage.

Tolle, helle, saubere Unterkunft mit schöner Terasse, deren Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen ließ. Zum Ausspannen aus unserer Sicht ideal. Sympatische, angenehme Vermieter, mit denen wir sofort auf einer Wellenlänge waren. Auch die Tips und Hinweise zu den Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich. Bad Kissingen, Würzburg und Bamberg waren sehenswert. Bad Königshofen eine nette Stadt, um alles einzukaufen, was man so braucht in akzeptabler Entfernug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben hier 3 sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Check in Vorang völlig problemlos, wir konnten sogar schon früher einchecken. Vermieter ist super nett, gibt bei Bedarf viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Alles sehr detailverliebt, sehr sauber und Top ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Terrasse ist auch wunderschön angelegt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und großzügig. Bettwäsche top und viele frische Handtücher vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und haben morgens Brötchen organisiert und viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben.
