Locked out of my room twice, room not cleaned one day, floor felt gritty and dirty, cleaning rag left on my counter by the microwave, breakfast was questionable if it was real and juice watered down. Had a spill in my room and when called the front desk for help was told I can walk down to front desk (we were in the farthest room on the property) get towels and clean it myself seems it is in my room. Then when checking out was told I had another night which I did not book. Glad I checked on that or would have been charged. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express and this is thw worst. Will not recommend or stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning lady came to clean in late afternoon while we we were in room, therefore it did not get cleaned during our stay. She did give us towels though. Staff was friendly.
