Beautiful view of the castle and staff were excellent very friendly. Gorgeous Christmas decorations and lobby. Breakfast was also fabulous. Safe clean and lovely location near subway and JR rail
Only fault is pool gym need to pay for, although we didn’t have time for that anyway as there was so much to do anyway and great running tracks near by
