Welcome to your home away from home. Enjoy comfort and luxury while nestled in the majestic peaks of Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain, part of the Smoky Mountain Range. Beautiful 3 bedroom spacious condominium with new furniture throughout. Located in the heart of Sun Valley / Ketchum Idaho. High ceilings in this open floor plan with master bed and bath on same floor as great room/kitchen. Great West Ketchum location near Bigwood River, bike path and River Run Lifts. Easy walk to the slopes, bike path, restaurants, gondola, shopping and nightlife. Full kitchen with new appliances, TV's in every room, ceiling fans, high speed internet with WIFI, jacuzzi tub with jets in master bath, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, heated garage, parking on site.

We are 1/3 mile from downtown Sun Valley / Ketchum for convenient access to restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, cafes, a movie theatre, music & entertainment. The Wood River YMCA on the road to Warm Springs is a state of the art facility with public access via day or weekly passes. They even have child care, if needed.

For the winter months, we are 1/2 mile from the River Run Ski Lodge & lifts for easy access to skiing / snowboarding Bald Mountain (Mt Baldy). The walk to the mountain takes about 5 minutes on a flat walking trail along the river. We are a few miles from the Sun Valley Lodge area that offers fun for the whole family with an outdoor ice skating rink and a bowling alley.

For the summer months, we are 1 mile from the Bigwood Golf Course and 1/4 mile from Atkinson Park with a great playground for the kids. The park also features a large grass field for soccer or throwing the football and a number of tennis courts. A bike path runs just behind the condo and you can take it for miles in either direction taking in the beautiful backdrop of the Wood River valley. The fishing in Sun Valley is amongst the best in the world and the condo provides easy access to the nearby lakes and rivers. If mountain biking is your thing, you can rent bikes from several spots in town and go explore the hundreds of trails in and around Sun Valley. The gondola at Bald Mountain runs throughout the summer and gives you unlimited access to ride the downhill single track. We are also very close to the Sun Valley skatepark, so bring the gear for the kids.

Great Golf Trip
The property was ideally situated in a quiet part of town and really close to downtown with a lot of great food options. We ate at Warfield Distillery, The Kneadery, Despo's, Pioneer Saloon, and Smokey Mountain Pizzeria were all awesome! We played golf at the Sun Valley courses which are beautiful and the weather was fantastic in June. Communication with the owner Andy was great and he was quick to respond and give suggestions on what to do. Would definitely come back again.

A Great Property & Great Owner
We took a post XMAS vacation to Sun Valley for some skiing, and for a medium size family this property is a perfect setup. Clean, well equiped kitchen, nice bedding, nice location, and great access to all the fun that the area provides. Andy was likely the best owner / manager I have ever dealt with on a rental too. Very proactive, and was immediately responsive to all inquiries or local advice. Book it, and have fun like we did!

Amazing experience
We had a fantastic time as a family of 6. Andy was the ideal host, making sure everything was the way we needed it to be. He provided great info and was super responsive with any communication. It was the perfect space and location to town was easy. We walked and biked in to town. It was located right next to the path. The place was super clean and really nice. Fantastic spot!
We had a group of 8 for a wedding, and this property couldn’t have been better for us. It was plenty of space for all of us, and kept us close to town and all of the wedding activities. Perfect place to stay in West Ketchum. The owner was easy to communicate with, the townhome was really nicely appointed and clean. Quick to either Warm Springs or River Run and close to town. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Ketchum!
Our family has stayed in lots of VRBOs, and this one is definitely in the top 2 or 3. The location is excellent for both skiing & town. The condo was super clean, with nice high ceilings and a great open floor plan kitchen/family room. The host is very friendly & helpful. If we come back to Ketchum, and I hope we do, this will be the first place I look to book. PS - Tator Trailor on Main Street was a huge hit with this family!

Wonderful Stay
Our family of four had a fantastic stay in Ketchum and Andy's condo was a great homebase for our vacation. Andy stayed in touch with us via text which made the check in and check out process super easy. The condo was very clean upon arrival and perfect for our family of four. Long weekend getaway
Very easy check in. Andy told us we could check in early if we wanted. Andy was very prompt in replying to any questions we had. The condo is very nice and comfortable. The beds are great, the linens are very nice. The living room was fairly small but it was perfect for the two of us. No view, but no view was advertised, so that’s fine. Very close to down town. . We happened to be there during the Trailing of the Sheep Festival and that was quite fun. We went to the Craters of the Moon National Monument and really enjoyed that. Wonderful weekend. What can I say, my cycling team needed a place to stay where we could all have a bed and was close to downtown. This property worked out perfect and met our requirements. Andrew is one of the most responsive owners I have come across when renting properties through Homeaway. The property matched the descriptions and the neighbours were so friendly!
