Very suitable for families, couples, people over 25 years old, business travelers, and furry small friends on request. (no cats are welcome)

Walk out to the side outdoor entertaining area from the kitchen area with a BBQ, dining table and outdoor seating, where you will enjoy the lovely cooling summer breezes and the sound of the surf rolling in.

Fully fenced yard with room for 3 cars on the property, double remote garage with a table tennis table and dart board. A very comfortable modern home. A short drive to the GP track and less than 10 min drive to the town centre of Cowes. This 4-bedroom home offers all the modern conveniences you need for a relaxing holiday.

Pets are on request. No cats and only small dogs.

PLEASE NOTE sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne the holiday rental manager and this is invoiced separately for payment.

Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
