This has to be one of the most expensive outdated rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in better, rundown motels than this room was. I strongly suggest that they change the pictures that they’re showing of what your room looks like because it doesn’t look like that I didn’t see in my picture of the bathroom with disgusting hair and ceiling fans hanging from a wire. You walk into the lobby and it’s all nice and fancy it looks beautiful. They have a pool and then you get to your room and you’re like did I just walk into a motel 8. If you’re going to charge 200 dollars a night for a room and have a picture of a nice room like that I shouldn’t open the door to a trashed room that looks filthy that I don’t even want any of my belongings, touching anything we stayed in two different rooms in a span of a week neither room look like what your advertising and the second room to be paying up to $300 to have what we paid for was ridiculous. I would’ve rather stayed at the Hilton or the Marriott where my rooms are clean and I know it’s clean. The TV is nice. It’s a wonderful experience. Everything is new. This was like dated from 1970. The furniture was disgusting. The staff was the best part of the whole hotel. They were amazing. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.

This is my second day in a week. The first room was completely outdated. I’m talking 1970s and had the most trash bathroom I’ve ever seen with the ceiling fan hanging from a wire. I don’t even think that’s the code. So our second room, we decided to upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi tub. The picture looks amazing. The room you get is nothing like that at all. It’s actually the same room as the first room with a tiny little tub squeezed in a corner with all furniture from 1970. I don’t know what picture they’re using, but that is totally false advertising. For the money that cost extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel. This is the equivalent of a motel eight but the price of a Hilton.

As others reflected, the breakfast was modest compared to the hotels in the states. Add something hot like bacon or scrambled eggs/hashbrowns then that would make it perfect. Other than that it was all good to me.

Very excellent location in Markham, nice staffs and good value ratio. The room is bit of old fashioned but clean. The free breakfast is really basic only have fruits, bread, yogurt, coffee or tea. It needs additional $8 for ham and eggs.
