The staff was nice but not overly friendly. Checking in took forever. We had already paid an extra $10 on Expedia to book a dog friendly room and they insisted we still owed an additional $10 fee for our service dog. In addition, they required a $75 dollar cash deposit that we were not prepared to pay and felt a little extreme. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we heard people going up and down the hallway all night. Price was good but this would not be my first choice in the future.

Ants n spider bites
Sugar ants galore. We woke to them next to our heads all over the nightstand some on walls and pillows. And major spider bite on my leg the second night that i woke up with. Don't know what kind of spider but it hurts, it's red. It's a big hole and I swelled up my leg. And the pane is about 2 to 3 inches out from the hole. Bite. I reported to the hotel and they are gonna put that room out of commission for cleaning and services. But I have not heard anything to recomcompensate for anything for the 2 nights that we were there.-

When I checked in and went to my room; I found that it wasn’t clean. There were used coffee cups, used bottle waters, and the shower had used products and used wash clothes. I grabbed all of our luggage (I had three small kids with me) and hauled it back down the stairs and the front desk was super apologetic and nice about it and she ran up and quickly cleaned it. But, it was a quick clean so it just didn’t feel like it got a normal clean between guests. The next day, after a long day of softball tournaments, we heading back for the night to find our room key wouldn’t work so with tired kids, I had the trek back down the stairs a second time to have them fix my card. Overall it was a pretty frustrating experience and I guess I also expected someone to try to “make it right” but no one ever did. I know the front desk person messaged the owner but i never heard anything from them. I would highly recommend NOT staying here.
