When I went to check in the lady that was in the front desk told me the room I had reserved and paid for wasn’t available. She didn’t offer any remedy to the situation, I was extremely upset since it was 8 pm and I just wanted to relax. Luckily another gentleman took over the front desk and he was able to accommodate and give me the room I had reserved and paid for. I know I will not stay here ever again As for the room, it was big, comfy bed, quiet, cleaned and I had view of the pool

Staff was very friendly but don’t expect to much from the included breakfast. The room I stayed in for the time I was there had a stink smell. But besides those two things the place and are were quite nice.

They over sell king size beds. And then you are stuck sleeping on a double bed. I booked a king size bed for our trip to California. When we got there. They told us they already gave away all the king size beds. How could you give away all the king size beds when I have a reservation for one. Then they try to tell me that they have upgraded my room and that it comes with a better view. It’s a two-story building and my upgraded view was me being able to see a swimming pool. And that now me and my wife, instead of sleeping in a king size bed each had to sleep in their own separate beds that was one impressive upgrade. Do not book at this hotel.

It was a nice and confortable room unti our neighbors were yesllung at each other!! The room walls are very thin! Thru were also arguing outside of there door as well!! That was disappinting!

Informed at check-in that the TV was broken. There was no other room available. Since this was a business trip, no TV wasn’t a big issue. If this were a family trip, there would be additional unhappy guests, and added frustration for family travel. Bed was not made on the first day; made on subsequent days. Need better arrangement and housekeeping overall. Fix broken amenities please.

We were willing to try again.
Wanted to give this place another try. Had not been in years because prior management allowed dogs in the pool area and pool. Came to find a remodeled lobby and breakfast area and were told the breakfast had been slimmed down significantly from our last stay. Rooms where as we remembered, even the bed felt like the same mattress as before. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi in the evening as there were four adults with three children and a swim tube taking up the entire area. Others were disappointed as well. Children and screaming went well until 10:00 p.m. It was difficult to get in the breakfast line as there was a gentleman with a large dog standing in the middle of it. He then proceeded to take his breakfast and his dog out to the pool area past the makeshift sign that said no dogs allowed. We will not be back!
