Lovely condo..Very relaxing on the screened in porch overlooking golf fairway,squirrels, birds, Calabash river..etc...really old interesting family cemetary nearby..would love to stay here again! Convenient to everything worthwhile.

Nice Villa - Not so great roofers
Villa is cute, eclectic and clean. We were woken up VERY early with at least 10 people on our roof, banging, hammering and yelling. The really bad news is that we had no idea they were going to be re-roofing the building and they threw roof materials all over our car. Not happy. Communication about this renovation was non-existent.

Sunset beach gem
Great location situated a short drive between sunset beaches and dining options in calabash. Evenings on the screened porch listening to the chirping frogs along the golf course was a great way to relax.

We had a great stay here. The condo is light and airy. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Lovely furnishings, very comfortable. Nicely updated The screened in porch is a great spot! The bed is comfortable. Hope to return next year.

Beautiful condo!
The condo was well laid out, the bed and couches were very comfortable and we enjoyed the art work. The screened in balcony overlooks the green of the first hole of the Maples course so we enjoyed watching the golfers putt out. We could also watch the birds taking advantage of the creek running alongside the golf course. We always enjoy Sunset Beach and hope to return.

Just lovely
I grew up in the area. As I have gotten older it’s become better to have my own space when I come home for the holidays. I cannot express how comfortable I was in this property. It is beautifully decorated, furniture is comfortable, and the property is stocked with almost anything you could need to truly live in it for a few days. The host was fantastic as well.

Beautiful condo
We make the trip down every year to play in a member/guest tournament. This was our 17th year. And for the last 10 yrs we have stayed in various condos in Sea Trails. The location is great to both the beach and the golf course I played at. The condo was wonderfully decorated and pleasantly supplied with most items you would need for your stay. I would rate this condo as one of the best we have stayed in since we started coming down many years ago.

Small condo, perfect for a couple. Could have been slightly cleaner, but overall, a nice place to stay. Has a screened in porch. Also has a parking lot near the beach accessible by key card. Third floor unit, so take that into account!

Condo was beautiful! It has a fully stocked kitchen full of pots and pans and all the dinner wear you can think you may need. We didn’t use it, but it was there and available. My children enjoyed all the movies and little details. They loved that the host left us children’s toothpaste and Snoopy blankets for the pullout couch. Snoopy was a HUGE hit! Can’t wait to come back 🤩

Just a couple of days to play golf and found this place very comfortable and relaxing. Nicely equipped and quiet since it is on the third floor. Nestled in trees with golf course view, and a terrific screened porch.

Outstanding Condo
We were first surprised at the perfect condo location, 3rd floor, serene view of golf course from our balcony. The condo itself was clean, spacious and well decorated, nice colors, nothing overdone or underdone. Most impressive is the level of comfort: sofas, bed, chairs, end tables, patio furniture and condo layout. Yes, we recommend this for your visit to Sunset Beach, NC.

I want to say that we had a wonderful relaxing stay a the Villa. The area was so beautiful and we had an Osprey visit us on Saturday morning and stayed around the rest of the weekend. We enjoyed the screened deck over looking the golf course. We will come back again! Thank you!

Home away from home
This first time I've ever stayed at the beach I felt like I walked into my own home. It was so welcoming. I wished I would have known they provided so many things. All the cooking where plates glasses toiletries that you could need or want. Loved the screened in porch and view. Extremely quiet neighborhood. We never even saw any of our neighbors nor did we hear them. I will definitely be back and I will definitely tell everybody I know. This was also the first trip I've taken with my future wife and its Memories We will have forever thank you for letting us use your beautiful abode!!!

A nice getaway
Was quite pleased of the property upon our arrival. The condo was clean and stocked with the essentials as mentioned. Quick access to the beach and short drive to the local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the unit had a nice view overlooking the golf course. Would recommend for the door entry and patio a dusting of the cobwebs when the lights are turned on, otherwise still recommend.
