Plenty of space for all the family with multiple living areas, private courtyard and shared pool. A/C in downstairs area (bedrooms) and cooling ocean breezes from the upper level living and kitchen area. Enjoy a beautiful Noosa stay with us in this fabulous home.
Beautiful spacious home located in the best location in Sunshine Beach. Easy walk to pristine patrolled beach, eclectic Village and newly renovated Surf Club. The property has its own private front door entrance and private courtyard. The entry (mid) level of the property comprises of the three bedrooms (which are air conditioned) and main bathroom. The lower level has a large open plan living area (new furniture has been ordered) which flows onto the private courtyard with alfresco dining table and sun umbrella. The laundry room and single car garage are also on this level.
The upper area comprises of stunning open plan living and kitchen area which flows onto a huge undercover balcony. Gorgeous white water ocean views can be seen from all of this level. We are currently purchasing new dining furnishings and art for the property. New photos will be uploaded in August when the interior designer has finished. Well stocked kitchen including Nespresso compatible coffee machine are for your use.
