* There is a sofa bed which would be suitable for 2 children or one adult. It is a sofa bed so not as comfortable as a proper bed. When opened up it fills the little living area.
* There is a small wardrobe to put some clothes.
* There is a sliding door out to a little deck in the backyard with plantation shutters for privacy.

* There is a large en-suite attached to the bedroom with a shower.
* Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied to get you started.

Important notes about the property
* This little budget friendly unit is at the back of the property and shares a wall with the front unit. While the shared wall has been sound proofed you can still hear people talking in the adjourning room and the sound of running water from the shower and washing machine at times. The front unit is also holiday accommodation managed by us.
* The kitchen sink is outside on the back deck.
* There is a small meal prep area. We do not supply a cooktop and no pots and pans.
* There is no onsite parking but plentiful street parking.
* There is current construction work occurring on the street. Work is scheduled to finish at the end of 2024.
* You have to walk down the side of the property along a pebble and paved pathway to reach the unit.
* There are not blackout blinds.
* There is no washing machine.
Your unit has a private access via lock box key, located at the left hand side of the unit at the second wooden gate with seperate entrance from the owners, for your exclusive use of your rooms and outside deck and paved area, in fully fenced area. You will get your personal private code to the lockbox on date of arrival.

This is a friendly and safe beach and neighbourhood area close to all amenities. You have public exercise equipment and BBQs overlooking beaches or estuary.
Public transport is at Kawana Shopping Centre - just 270m away, to get you to famous Noosa, pristine Hinterland and beautiful Mooloolaba or Caloundra and so much more.

- Pt Cartwright lighthouse (2.5km) and popular cafe along beautiful boardwalk used for walking, running or cycling . You can enjoy the panoramic views of the whole Sunshine Coast from Coolum to the hinterland Glass House Mountains and across the harbour into Mooloolaba.

As we live so close to our beautiful expansive beaches, a walk or run or swim is a sheer delight. Just ask you to please rinse surplus sand off your feet at the outside tap or there is an outdoor shower at the wooden gate, before entering unit.
Your private accommodation has a seperate entrance, and outdoor tropical bbq and entertainment area for your sole use. This area is fully fenced. It is totally private and attached to a home for you to relax and enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you to all the Sunshine Coast had to offer.
PETS - are welcome upon application. The unit is suitable for 1 small dog.
We charge an additional fee of $40 per stay. We do ask that dogs don't sleep in the beds or get up on the lounges.
Photo ID and a selfie - we do kindly request the person booking sends a copy of their ID and a selfie via the platform message thread once the booking is confirmed.
IMPORTANT note - you may read reviews relating to noise being heard from the adjourning unit or running out of hot water. We have taken major steps to address this and installed sound proofing in the walls as well as a seperate hot water service. You can however still hear when someone showers or runs the washing machine. We really hope you find our little unit the tranquil escape we intended it to be.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - Please be advised that we take a refundable security deposit of $400. This is taken as an authorisation hold on the card you booked with 2 days prior to check out and released once the cleaners have attended after check and no later than 5 days later.
- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
- No pets allowed on the property. Additional charges may apply to those who ignore this rule.
- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time.
-We provide toiletries to get you started. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.
- Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. This may be charged to your account as applicable.
- Smoking inside AND OUTSIDE the property is strictly prohibited. Charges may apply for additional cleaning and deodorisation of the property.
- Excessive use of utilities such as water, electricity, and WIFI may result in additional charges.
- Where a porta cot is provided, this is used at the guests own risk. The owner and hosts do not accept any liability should anything occur during its use.
- Only guests on the original booking may stay overnight.
