Location;
Its location is literally just a few steps from TWO popular beach access points….
The first being the best location on Phillip Island at Surfies Point, an immensely popular surf beach which combines breathtaking views, great waves and a gentle, sandy shore.
The second, with sunset views from Cape Woolami to Pyramid Rock that will lead you straight to hundreds of rock pools exposed at low tide to delight the kids.
With a large footpath out the front, you can enjoy a short stroll to the local shop for coffee or if your feeling more energetic - pick a direction and ride your bike to either San Remo or Cowes.
For those who love their Motor Sports, you are so close to the action. Just by walking a few steps you can see the track with the bikes/cars flying by from the seas edge. At the end of the street, the buses stop regularly to take you throughout the Island to any event.
Outdoor Living;
Our cottage is wrapped by a beautiful wide deck that takes full advantage of the summer months. With two sliding doors leading outside the bedrooms your can enjoy the summer breezes either inside or out.
Enjoy breakfast on the large back deck with a 8 seater table under the beautiful old trees or relax in the wicker chairs reading the newspaper.
In the afternoon have a snooze on the outdoor lounge before firing up the larger 4 burner BBQ with friends and family.
As the sun sets sit on the front deck chairs or swing and enjoy a wine/beer while watching the sky set alight with colour.
Indoor Living:
Our fully equipped kitchen includes Family sized fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and sandwich grill, blender, quality cook, glass and dinner ware and crockery etc.
All laundry appliances to suit family needs including Washer, dryer, clothesline, iron etc.
Big windows throughout the open planned lounge/dining area you can enjoy a formal sit down at the dining table or watch a flat-screen TV on the comfortable couch or listen to your own music in an armchair by the fireplace.
Heating/Cooling;
All weather conditions are catered for with inverter reverse cycling air conditioner for year-round comfort or for those cosy winter nights curl up by the gas log fire while listening to the waves.
Parking / Caravans / Boats;
Our huge fully fenced back yard backs on to the Esplanade houses and is double in size so it is ideal for young children &/or dogs who like space. We have an extremely long driveway with room to park several cars &/or the boat/caravan behind closed gates.
The yard is big enough for backyard cricket and is home to many locals birds which the kids will enjoy feeding and if you are really lucky you may even see the neighbourhood rabbits, blue tongue lizard or possum who love the native trees and plants surrounding the yard.
Bedrooms;
Our holiday cottage is beautifully furnished with three large bedrooms.
The kids/adults will love the two king single sized captain bunk beds not forgetting the cupboard full of puzzles and games. While the older kids enjoy their own DVD/TV.
Adults can relax after a day at the beach in either of the two queen bedrooms by curling up in an armchair reading your favourite book or lying on your bed with your own sliding door open listening to the waves.

Linen;
All linen, including top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, facecloths & bathmats can be provided, with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure, for a minimal fee.
Linen Hire Charges:
$30 per Queen bed/bunk and $15 per single bunk.

Check-in time: 2pm or as arranged.
