Everything about this stay was wonderful. The balcony alone would be enough to make me happy-- comfy furniture and an amazing view-- but the entire condo was beautiful, and the host was easy to contact and very helpful. I would 100% recommend this place!

Amazing location! Beautiful sunrise and the balcony is GREAT! We were in the 5th unit and we loved it, but just for prep there are a lot of stairs daily for anyone who would find that difficult. Direct access to the beach! Just lovely!!

Overall a nice place , plenty of appliances and kitchen items. One of the showers had hair in it as if it wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival , found a oven mit with mold all over it , one of the door locks was malfunctioning but the realtor was aware of it and were in the process of fixing it, it had no effect on the overall security of the condo due to it being a external security door. The view was nice and was in easy walking distance of the pier. All issues can be easily fixed, overall a nice place to stay.

This condo was just as described and had everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable, the beachside deck was spacious with comfortable seating and an amazing view, and communication from Melinda couldn’t have been better! It is only a half mile walk to the Surfside Beach Pier and to great restaurants and shops in Surfside.

My family enjoyed our recent stay in this Surfside condo. Huge balcony and easy walk out to the beach. The condo accommodated my family of four perfectly and was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve been at this location for years but not in this particular condo. Bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and there were ample outlets and surge protectors to plug in chargers and such. An absolutely beautiful place and we will definitely be back.

Best time ever!
We loved our stay at Melinda's condo! We have been coming to Surfside for 20 years, always staying at one of the 2 oceanfront hotels, but we decided to try a condo this year once we figured out we did not have to book for a whole week. Melinda's place was amazing! So much room for just the two of us; well supplied; well maintained; had all the comforts of home; the oceanfront deck was spacious and had very, very comfortable seating. I loved sitting in the captain's chairs each morning to watch the sunrise, and I watched the ISS flyover one night from the oceanfront deck. The only drawback, for us, was the steps, but that was due more to our age. They were not that bad once we got used to them as we are fairly active in our 60's. I would love to stay here again!
