Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Enjoy a beach vacation with all the comforts of home plus a few special extras. Hardwood and marble tile floors, granite countertops, furniture, appliances, artwork and a 42'' flatscreen TV.

The townhome has two levels with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The unit has a half bath on the first level. Both bedrooms have queen beds plus there is a pull-out couch in the living room.

The townhome shares the pool area with three other units and is steps to the beach - see the picture, below, which was taken from the property and shows the beach access. There are two decks off of the main floor - one overlooking the pool and one looking towards the beach.

Just two blocks from Surfside Drive, walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, dog park, public tennis courts and playground. Drive a mile down the road to the Wild Water Wheels water slide/amusement park, restaurants, mini-golf, shopping and entertainment on Hwy 17 Business.

We have 2 kayaks with paddles that you are free to use. They are great for paddling around the beach or Murrell's Inlet.

We are dog friendly ($75 fee) subject to owner approval. Disclosure of the age, breed and size/weight of the dog is required.

90th Birthday Celebration
We came to Surfside Beach to celebrate my sister-in-laws 90th birthday. The location was ideal. Short walk to the beach, great restaurants in the area. The rental was perfect for us. Would love to come again soon.

This is a great place to stay just a short walk to the beach. The host keeps in contract with you to make sure everything is ok and check in is smooth. He text to let know we might not be able to get ahold of him the day of check in but gave a number to contact if we needed. He text to let us know the room was ready to check in which helped since we were traveling with a dog. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is also a plus for when we left the ocean. This is my third time staying there they have also did some remodel to things in the condo. Will be staying again.

Rodney and Rachel are GREAT hosts! They thought of EVERYTHING you could need.....especially if you're traveling with dogs. The home is awesome, and they provide every possible need. My dogs and I had a great time and will certainly return!

We booked Surfside Beach for Two weeks the property was perfect for us and our dog. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners had everything we needed specially since I like to cook. If you like walks on the beach this property is perfect. Restaurants in walking distance. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Bright and Cheerful - Perfect Location!
This place for us was the perfect place to stay! We walked to the beach, walked to the local restaurants, sat out early mornings on the balcony to catch the morning sun. In general, it's just a cheerful, peaceful place. We had our dog with us and being a labrador she loved the ocean! We came toward the end of January and into February. It definitely, for the most part was jacket weather but still very enjoyable.

Great property, great property management, close to town
My husband and I, along with friends statyed here and we absolutely loved it. Check in was easy with detailed instructions, as well as check out. The place was VERY CLEAN, and we loved the location. Its only 1 block to the beach and about 2 blocks from in town with several little restaurants. Once the pier is rebuilt that's going to be a great little spot. The AC in this place was spectacular on both floors, the atmosphere was just very laid back, and it was a great little place for the few adults. We did have a problem with the cable and Rodney called me back within minutes of me texting him! Great hosts that made our stay stress free! We didn't have our dogs with us this time, but after seeing how dog friendly this place is, we might bring them nex time! There's a great place for them to do their business right across the street in a big grassy area and there's a dog park just 2 blocks over. Our only concern was that the pool was a little small to split with all the units, but we actually had other great couples staying in the other units, and made great friends with them! I have been a Garden City girl for 30 years, but this stay in Surfside made me want to switch to staying further North! We hope to be back again soon!!!

Great location
This was a lovely home in Surfside beach. A very family friendly location. The house was just a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was also close to several restaurants within walking distance and right off the beach. We rented a golf cart and rode all over Surfside and garden city. It was the perfect size for my family of 4 and being able to bring our dog was the best. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the private pool is shared with only 3 other units. The house has plenty of extras like beach chairs, umbrella and extra beach towels! I highly recommend if your looking for a great family friendly place to stay!
