This two bedroom mobile home is decorated in an outdoor theme with a log living room set, pine bedroom sets, the kitchen has a bay window with a beautiful view of the Nicolet National Forest. The home is equipped with central air, outdoor screen room, gas grill, wi-fi and satellite TV. The kitchen table has settings for six. Enjoy a glass of wine in the screen room on cushioned patio furniture.

The home is located at site #66 in Evergreen Park of Northern Oconto County. Evergreen Park Features an indoor heated swimming pool, a tennis court, shuffle board courts, a club house with a game room, laundry facility, and fitness room. Next to the club house is the Gazebo to watch tennis or watch the children play on the Rainbow Play Center. Go for a walk in the evening on Paved roads with subtle street lighting. Or enjoy a relaxing camp fire. Evergreen Park features a storage area for your boat or Atv trailer parking and insists on that these items being kept there, not in the yards.

Chute Pond is a 425 Acre lake and is located 1/2 mile away. Several other Lakes are located just a couple of miles away. Go fishing on property in the Waupee River or walk across Hwy 32 to fish in the Oconto River below the Chute Pond Damn. Or walk into the Oconto County Park and enjoy Chute Ponds jumping rocks or slippery rock, a natural water slide flowing from Chute Pond down to the Oconto River. Enjoy a day in the Oconto County Park picnic area and beach. The pavilion at the beach sells snacks and ice cream and has public bathrooms.

Use this property as base camp while you enjoy the many miles of Atv trails and snowmoblie trails throughout the Nicolet National Forest. Evergreen Park is located 65 miles north of Green Bay and 68 miles north of Appleton. Evergreen Park is open all year round . Fun little getaway
Everything was included which was really nice including a washer and dryer which I normally don’t use on vacation but since it was there it was convenient. My kids spent a lot of time in the pool which they had to themselves everyday.

Overall great value
We were very pleasantly surprised by so many things about our stay. We enjoyed the pool which was clean, warm, and well stocked with balls and pool noodles. The community room with a pool table, foos ball and shuffle board table was a fun surprise. In the home, the bathroom was new and very clean, the dining area was nice, the bedrooms were very good, and the family room was great. The only thing preventing this from being a 5 star review is the kitchen because the oven had such a bad odor that it was unusable and there were no pots or pans. That said, we’d be happy to stay again and it was a great value.

We enjoyed our stay. Got there Friday night after work and relaxed on the screen porch which was a great feature. Saturday we went utving during the day and then played in the game room at night. Nice place to staff for my husband and me and pet friendly. Clean. Main bed was a little too firm for our taste.

Nice location, very quiet spot
This mobile home is obviously quite old, and has had some upgrades. The front of the home is very nice and comfortable, and the screen porch is great. It is furnished and decorated in a very nice way. The bedrooms and bathroom are still in need of upgrades and are very musty and damp and smell that way. I know a lot of others commented that this was a very clean place to stay— that was unfortunately not my experience. Hopefully they can rectify that by getting in a crew that does a much more detailed job. I enjoyed the location, which looks out on the forest and is very quiet. It served my needs for a long working weekend well, but it does need some attention to make it a truly enjoyable stay.

Labor Day Weekend 2020
Our family of 4(two kids 6 and 8) came here for the Labor Day weekend for ATVing and kayaking. Below are my comments about the place. One thing I want to note is that it is big(almost 2 feet) from getting out of the tub/shower to the floor. Shower head is good though. There is a smell in the mobile home, like others stated, but you only notice it when you are gone then come back. Pro’s: -space was awesome for the 4 of us -LOVED the screened in porch, we were out there for 3 hours one evening -it heats up quick -nice furniture and new -beds very comfortable and new -nice sheets and towels -pillows were good -internet was strong -local channels on the TV -new items in the kitchen cabinets, nothing gross and old(however, we only ate breakfast at the place and didn’t go through everything) -really close to the gas station -mobile home community is really quiet -across from the place is a wide open area, great for kids to play -street lights in the mobile home park(in front of the place as well) -they had a “stick vacuum” which was super awesome and we were able to use it to vacuum all the hard floors -they have a shed on the property of the unit with camping chairs and a cooler -the pool is pretty clean, wish it were warmer though, but the kids played in there for 1.5 hours -Excellent price on the place Suggestions: -need more towels(bath and kitchen) please -shoe tray in the kitchen -garbage can outside, so we can put the garbage when full -get rid of the toilet cover and the rug by it -have a towel to put your feet on when getting out of the tub(rug is newer, but just yuck) We would probably come back in the winter time to go snowmobiling. It is a nice set up and great price and place.
