Excellent. Great breakfast. The only complaint would be the water in the shower would easily come out and spill all over the floor. The doors have obvious water and humidity damage.

We love Best Western, the stay this time was good, better breakfast at the Phoenix Downtown location. We experienced problem with the AC. The unit appeared to struggle pushing out cool air. During our first evening, we reported that the unit would make a loud jackhammer noise every twenty minutes. I reported it to the front desk and the counter person said she would have maintenance look at it. The unit continued to make the noise during both nights of stay. We kind of got used to it. I did again upon checking out let the young lady at the front desk know. She again said a work order would be initiated.

Loved everything about this Best Western ! Clean,quiet and the staff is very friendly and helps in any way possible. Their free breakfast was really good with a lot of options. I will definitely be staying here again!!!
