On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, directly by the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Narrow motor access to the grounds, except in winter 200 m. Footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 50 m. Tennis 500 m, ski lift, ski school, cross country ski track, ice rink 350 m.
"Crap Milan", 2-room apartment 75 m2, on the ground floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double fold-away bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Shower/WC. Patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside, the resort and the river. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).
