Newly built, modern decor and furnishings. With a private pool, air conditioning and a large living room. Only 7 km from the sea, the Villa Mirela is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
The location of the Villa, a small village Nedešćina, is located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. Restaurants, bank, supermarket are all within a few minutes form the house.
There are 5 bedrooms in the Villa. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, bathroom, and a small balcony with a large view to the surrounding nature and villages.

Villa Mirela
We had a brilliant time at the property. The pool, 4m x 6m was deep enough for the whole family, and given the heat wave was the right temperature to be able to get in and out of, the outside seating area was great for both breakfast and dinner - it would have been good for lunch as well but we weren't there for that. Loved the waterfall feature on the swimming pool!
Visited Labin, Rabac, took the boat to Cres and the blue Grotto, visited Rijeka and went to Plitvice lakes (well worth the visit but arrive early to get parked. We left at 8am and after 3.5 hours it took 30 mins to park!). Found nice beaches and some good restaurants and the supermarkets were OK. Prices similar to UK but a great holiday. Would recommend this place to anyone - hosts were very hospitable.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit tollen Gastgebern
Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie (3 bis 80 Jahre) im Haus der Familie Tricic Urlaub gemacht und waren begeistert. Das Haus und der komplette Garten mit Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man sieht, wieviel Liebe und Herzblut hier reingesteckt wurde und wird. Die Gastgeber wohnen gegenüber, sind aber nicht aufdringlich und doch immer zu sprechen, wenn man was brauchen sollte. Der Pool wird ganz früh morgens von Herrn Tricic sauber gemacht, auch das bemerkt man nicht (es sei denn, man ist um 6 Uhr schon wach). Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber absolut weiterempfehlen und wünschen Familie Tricic von Herzen alles Gute und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in Nedescina.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie haben sich sehr gut um uns und auch um das Ferienhaus gekümmert. Der Pool wurde täglich gepflegt. Wir wurden regelmäßig gefragt ob wir Probleme oder Fragen haben. Wir danken sehr herzlich für diesen schönen Urlaub.
