New villa Elm is placed in a small village called Raštane Donje, just 4 km from Sveti Petar and 4 km from sea and beach. Its perfect location will make your holidays even simpler because everything is within 10 minutes, even a new Croatian “Gardaland” just 15 min drive, placed in Biograd na moru.
The property is surrounded by a hedge so you will have complete privacy. There is a pool surrounded by deck chairs and a barbecue with a covered dining area. Also there are 4 parking spaces.
Interior is equipped with new furniture. On the ground floor is a large living room connected with kitchen and dinning room.
There are 3 bedrooms, all of them equipped with wi-fi and there is 1 air-condition on the ground floor and also 1 on the first floor. It is a pet friendly villa ideal for family vacation.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Haus ist wie bei FeWo beschrieben, der Pool ist super, der Außenbereich ist groß, der Grill ist sehr groß.. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das einzige, leider gab es kein deutsches Fernsehen, aber man ist ja auch nicht im Urlaub um fern zu sehen.
Der Urlaub war rundum einfach nur schön.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Superbe villa
Villa très propre , très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très réactif pour le moindre petit problème... belle propriété, magnifique piscine , le propriétaire très discret pour le nettoyage de la piscine et l arrosage , jamais en notre présence...je recommande vivement cette villa

Ruhiges Haus mit gutem Pool aber verbesserungsfähiger Küchenausstattung
Das Haus liegt etwa 10 Autominuten vom Meer entfernt in einem ruhigen Ort. Der Pool ist sehr schön, leider gab es keinen Sonnenschirm oder Sonnenschutz.
Das Haus war sauber, die Bäder ausreichend und die Betten bequem. Da es in der zweiten Etage nur eine Klimaanlage gibt, haben wir alle mit offener Schlafzimmertür geschlafen, da es sonst zu heiss in den Zimmern wird. Für uns war es in Ordnung, bei einer anderen Gruppenkonstellation sollte man sich das vorher überlegen.
Die Küche ist unser Kritikpunkt. Diese war sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Es gibt zwar einen Geschirrspüler, allerdings fehlt es an einem Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, ausreichend Besteck und vernünftigen Töpfen/Pfannen. Für Selbstversorger ist dies eher schwierig.
Die Kommunikation mit Venci war gut und wir konnten zwei Stunden vor dem Check In ins Haus.

Ein gelungener Urlaub
Das Objekt besticht durch seine Größe und Sauberkeit! Man hat zwei Klimaanlagen und an jedem Fenster ein Rollo.
Alles ist funktional eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind für Menschen mit Rückenschmerzen ein Segen. Unser Hund hat den voll umzäunten Garten absolut genossen.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.

Super Unterkunft und noch nettere Vermieter!
Wir waren beim Check-in 2 Stunden zu früh und trotzdem haben wir problemlos den Schlüssel bekommen. Das Haus war sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Pool könnte 1 grad wärmer sein, dafür wird er jeden Tag gereinigt und zwar immer wenn man nicht da ist. Alles in allem ein super guter Urlaub und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

Sehr schön
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Besonders der Außenbereich mit großem Pool und Grillplatz sind sehr schön. Einrichtung modern und die Küche ist zweckmäßig. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die nächsten Bademöglichkeiten sind ca. 15 min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tres bon sejour
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. La villa est situé au calme, très propre, moderne, belles chambres, belle piscine et terrasse. Les proprietaires sont super sympa. Hospitalité parfaite.

Tolles, neuwertiges Anwesen mit sehr netten Housekeepern und Agentur
Sehr schönes Haus, Pool und Gartenanlage in der man sich ungestört fühlt und fast uneinsehbar wohlfühlen kann. Vom Erstkontakt mit der Agentur bis zur Ankunft/Einweisung/Schlüsselübergabe lief alles völlig reibungslos und komfortabel. Das Haus selber ist zweckmäßig, ordentlich eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert 1a. TV (Wohnzimmer, Elternschlafzimmer) 50 MBit WLAN und Klima sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort. Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken/Gefrierfächer etc. war für uns, 2 Familien mit je 1 Kind, optimal. Venci (Housekeeper) spricht gut Englisch und ist immer für einen da, auch bei Fragen/Tipps für Einkäufe/Strand-Tipps etc.
Zur Magistrale (Parralel-Straße am Strand entlang) sind es mit dem Auto rund 5 Minuten. Umfassende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl etc.) im 15 Min entfernten Biograd n. M.
Fazit: Wir haben uns für 12 Nächte wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
Tipps: WLAN Repeater für 1. OG mitnehmen, Firestick (Streaming) für TV einstecken, ggf. eigene Topf+Pfanne und Kaffeemaschine mitnehmen.
Meer: Vorab Strände raussuchen und dann Strandbesuche planen.
Anregung an Vermieter: Endreinigung zur Übergabe an neuen Mieter ggf. kontrollieren und verbessern (lassen). Töpfe entkalken lassen. Besteck kontrollieren und komplettieren. Scharniere der Spiegelschränke im Bad ölen/einstellen ;)
Ansonsten: 100% Urlaubs- und Wohlfühlspass!! Herzlichen DANK nochmal für alles!
