Beautiful one bedroom apartment with large spacious balcony

This spacious 3rd floor one bedroom apartment is located in the 5 Star Dinevi Resort near the old town of Sveti Vlas with its large selection of excellent restaurants and shops. St Vlas as it is also known is just 5 minutes by car from the lively Sunny Beach resort with its thriving night life. Just a further 2 minutes along the coast is the ancient town of Nesebar. Its abundance of historic buildings prompted UNESCO to include Nesebar in its list of World Heritage Sites in 1983 and is definitely worth visiting.

The apartment has its own communal swimming pool with a gated shallow area that is perfect for young children. Residents also have access to the many pools and facilities within the Dinevi Resort. The apartment is a short 3 minute walk from the beautiful golden beaches the area has become famous for with its non-tidal warm waters. The resort is set at the foot of the Baltic mountain range where the mountains meet the Black Sea. The days are typically warm and sunny with a cooling breeze coming in from the sea.

The apartment has 24 hour security, is air conditioned with a large bright living area, Wi-Fi, DVD player and a safe. Leading from the living area is a large spacious balcony which is perfect to chill in the evening with a cool drink or early morning coffee as you watch the world go by.
It has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a new washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. You can pack lighter as your clothing can be washed when you are away. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk in shower, what you’d expect really.

The bedroom has a double bed plus a set of bunk beds, a wardrobe, mirror, drawers and bedside units. There is additional pull out drawers under the bunk beds for extra storage. The main living area has a new sofa bed that can sleep two.

The local shops are just a minute walk away, as well as providing fresh local produce they stock most branded foods you can expect to find at home. The resort is typically suited to families with children who can enjoy one of the excellent water parks. The parks run regular free transport to and from their locations.

Typically the days are restful and the nights in and around the complex are quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the thriving Marina area for those seeking a livelier evening.
