Caswell is popular all year round with surfers, walkers and beach-lovers alike and can be accessed from the apartment block via a steps that lead directly onto the golden sands.
Make the most of the various activities nearby; from golf a Langland Bay Golf Club (1.5 mi) and walks along the scenic Wales Coastal Path to food and drinks and Langland Brasserie (1.4 mi) and a spot of shopping in the independent boutiques of Mumbles (2 mi).
