I was learly with motel vs hotel. But once i evergree the room, so fresh & clean. The mattress was comfy. Only down side, no coffee maker. But the McDonald's next door opened at 5am so that worked!

Serenity was a very convenient place to stop right off the highway. Room and bed were comfortable. We didn’t have their continental breakfast they offered as we opted for a McDonald’s meal which is right next door. I’d stay there again definitely.

Excellent stay for budget hotel
Great stay for economy hotel. No hot breakfast, just snack breakfast food but for the price, it was still a great deal. McDonalds next door.

The manager, Mr. Patel (he told me that was his name) was very sweet and cordial. He originally gave me a room on the second floor, but when I told him that I was unable to climb the stairs very well, he reassigned me a room on the first floor for no additional charge. The young lady in the office when I checked out was equally as nice.

Check-in was fast and easy. The employee behind the desk was friendly, polite, and very efficient. I definitely wasn’t expecting a stunning property at all for the price I was paying. The room appeared clean(ish) but worn out. The linens looked newer though and had no stains! The motel allows pets and there was a dog yapping for HOURS during my stay. There was also a lot of noise from the McDonalds parking lot next door. I did my normal motel/hotel bed bug check and everything looked fine. I went to bed and woke up the next morning covered in bug bites. I don’t know if they were bed bugs (or maybe fleas or something else entirely) but something got me good! So be extra careful if you decide to stay here. They offer complementary breakfast but I was already grossed out by the bug bites so I decided it was probably best to skip it.

Quick overnight
The room was clean and comfortable. Rather large as well. Had a fridge and microwave. The sink and mirror were outside the shower /toilet room so others could get ready. The complimentary breakfast was standard continental fare (prepackaged danish, homey buns, etc) but fresh and tasty. My only complaint was at check in the man at the desk claimed that hotels.com had no charged us for a 3rd person (untrue). Also made it seem like a big deal to give us a ground floor room (mobility issues) when the place didn't seem packed. I told him if there were issues or they didn't want our business to refund me and we would go elsewhere but he gave me a room key and we enjoyed our stay.
