What we found interesting was that you can’t bring any food or drink inside this property even if it’s not alcohol or anything like that. We had leftovers from dinner and they told us we could not bring them in. Overall, nice property and my relatives Who have stayed at all three say it would be top three in the area along with the Marriott and The Kempinski.

Check in process is too long i had my family, with kids waiting in the lobby for almost two and a half hours and got into the rooms ny 4:45pm!!. One pool was closed. The open pool was so nasty and filled with strange and nasty impurities of unknown origins. I’ve never seen such dirty pools in a five star hotel!! No food or drinks are allowed to force people into buying food at the hotel at premiums prices. The fire alarm went off and we tried to go through the emergency door to our surprise it was locked, basically it was a death trap and a clear violation to all universal codes!! Thank God it was a false alarm as customer service confirmed some someone tried to smoke in a non-smoking room. The open infinity pool is too crowded! No sauna or steam room options, only overpriced massages! I am very disappointed in this visit and i would not recommend it!!
