Terribe customer service and communication
The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. We accepted after he promised a partial refund as i had no choice by then as it was too close to the stay. I am still waiting for that refund….
The place itself was clean, and it was fine for a 2 night stay whilst i had to attend a course. However, the parking was really full every day that we were there and awkward to even get into so ended up using the free off street parking. I wouldn’t use this property if you rely on the parking. Fine if you don’t have a car because you are close to everything you need.
I will definitely not be using this owner again, he was absolutely terrible with customer service.
