Fint hotel, nemt at finde, med offentlig parkering lige udenfor døren. Vi kom sent og kørte tidligt. Personale var meget hjælpsomme, da vi skulle køre før det var muligt at få morgenmad, bad vi om en madpakke, hvilket ikke var noget problem, madpakken lå klar da vi skulle afsted. God service. Beliggenheden af hotellet for enden af promenaden er fin, ingen larm

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir wurden gut bewirtet und Saune, Massage und Innenpool konnten ausreichend genutzt werden. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber.

Kein Resort, Wellness oder Spa Hotel. Schwimmbad ist eher ein „Planschbecken“, Sauna nur von 16::00-20:00Uhr, Bademantel Kaution plus Leihgebühr, Fitnesscenter besteht aus 4 Cardio Geräten, ein paar Yoga Matten und Gymnastikbällen. Die Mitarbeiter (Rezeption und Spa Bereich) sind von 08:00-22:00Uhr im Dauereinsatz und daher vielleicht nicht freundlich zu Gästen. Es sind zu wenig Tische bzw. Sitzplätze im Speiseraum, welches eher Kantinen Charakter hat. Frühstück ist karg und Aufschnitt nicht gekühlt, kein Fisch, kein Spuckschutz. Im Zimmer 3 Steckdosen, eine davon hinter dem TV, welche dadurch nicht nutzbar ist. Das Bett ist ok, jedoch gibt es anscheinend keine passenden Laken, so dass 2 Laken unvorteilhaft platziert sind. Hellhörige Zimmer, bei uns gab es am Fenster ein Feuchteschaden an der Wand, so dass eine Schimmelbildung vorprogrammiert ist. Im Bad nur eine Dusche, Schimmel an den Fugen der Duschkabine. Leider war die Küche direkt unter uns, so dass im gesamten Treppenhaus und dem Flur der Küchengeruch sich ausgebreitet hat. Abgeschlossener kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz, um raus oder reinzufahren, muss man an der Rezeption Bescheid geben, damit sich das Tor öffnet.

- tolles Zimmer, Pool, Sauna, alles in gutem Zustand, Massagetermin war auch gut zu buchen, nirgendwo "Überlastungen" - leider war der Checkin sehr anstrengend (stundenlanges Warten bis Zimmer fertig war, deutlich nach angegebener Bezugsuhrzeit obwohl ich mehr als pünktlich da war), war aber wirklich das einzige Manko

Preis Leistung ist hier ein Fremdwort Als erstes haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen mit schimmel an der Decke, auf die Beschwerde an der Rezeption, keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches. Aber hey , ein neues Zimmer gab es. Schimmel war ja nicht zu übersehen vom Personal. Nächste zimmer war sehr dreckig staub dreckige Heizkörper im bad usw. Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Worauf sich auch andere Gäste des hotels sich beschwerten. Fazit. Finger weg vom hotel.
