Convenient location, Newtown vibes
We stayed at the property the weekend before we were due to drop our daughter off to start at Sydney Uni, so it was very convenient for the campus. The house itself is very Newtown - beautiful in a shabby chic kinda way. All the quirks of the place are clearly described before you get there and it isn’t a pristine boring little box - But we loved it. Neighbourhood is safe and interesting, full characters and cats to meet. Highly recommend

Good location, but no heat, dirty
The house is decorated well, but heaters were not heating place — a light bulb gave off more heat. The rugs, bed comforter, couch blanket, and couch were soiled. Animal fur was in corners. They had not cleaned pillows. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, pubs, and train station.
