The property is situated on beautiful forestland and a dam that is frequented by local wildlife (kangaroos and birds).You can host a tea party or small celebration on the pagoda. We are committed to cleanliness and we are ensuring that the home is properly cleaned with disinfectants.
There is an additional guest service fee of $50/guest per day after 8 guests (maximum of 12 guests). Additional guests exceeding 12 have the option of camping under the stars either on the porch or in the backyard (to be quoted once details are provided).There is an additional $100 fee for pets per pet per stay.

We are within close proximity to Glenorie shopping village and surrounded by various local growers where you can pick up fresh produce including organic lemons, oranges, peaches, strawberries and more! Pitt town shops with IGA, pub, butcher, green grocer, bottleshop, petrol station and doctor are only 15 minutes away.
Cook up a feast in our newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen and dine inside or outside on the back porch overlooking the breathtaking views of the farm and forest. You can sip tea whilst watching the kids play or relax with a good book and the soft chirping of the birds around you.
We have multiple living and dining room spaces which is great for entertaining group bookings and small events.
Please also note that all water must be boiled before consumption (we will provide some water for initial consumption by guests).
Before check in, we will ask you to sign our Airbnb rental agreement which confirms you have read and agreed to our House rules (see House rules below).

Pets are allowed but they must sleep on the porch so there is no fur on the furniture.
There are some wild kangaroos and dogs in South Maroota, Please ensure the gates and doors are locked at night to prevent any issues.
Guests should consider purchasing travel insurance.
