SUBLIME CEDAR LODGE
Sublime Cedar Lodge is a wonderful timber and glass mountain lodge with five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, spa bath, and a lovely private outdoor deck overlooking the native garden.
The main living area which is a combined lounge and dining, has high vaulted timber ceilings, leather sofas, large Smart TV with Netflix connectivity, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and a combustion wood fireplace for those wintery nights. A starter pack of firewood is provided for the first night. More firewood and supplies can be purchased affordably at all the local service stations.
Beaming with natural light, the atrium sunroom opens onto the new modern kitchen with two breakfast bars and stools, large modern fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, two ovens, and microwave, providing everything you need for a comfortable and outstanding stay.
Sublime Cedar Lodge is flooded with natural light from every aspect and offers a leafy outlook from most windows. The house is spread over three levels.

A starter welcome pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night.
Further firewood and firelighters can be purchased at the local petrol stations.
9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas.
Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time.
IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property.
The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue.
The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions.

Please note Sublime Cedar Lodge has CCTV cameras installed around the external areas of the property.
PAYMENT POLICY
Bookings are only confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% is paid 30 days or greater to the arrival booking date.
The balance payment plus the refundable security bond are due 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Full payment plus the refundable security bond are required when booked less than 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Please note that all payments processed by Accommodated are subject to a 2.9% payment gateway transaction fee.
Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement.
By making payment/s for your booking it is deemed you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee.
Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff.
Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff.
If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change.
Refunds for COVID-19 cancellations require a positive PCR test with the guest name on it who booked the property and cancellations being limited to no less than seven days to arrival. (this policy is firm with no exceptions)
Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of any events, functions, booked activities, or any other changed circumstances guests may experience and as such any cancellations due to the above mentioned issues, will be governed by our cancellation policy.
