Only thing was the long time ( it took to get up and down from/to the carpark

the bathroom light is not bright enough

Great hotel
Posted 21 Oct. 2024 on HotelsSuper hotel, with excellent rooms. Stayed here for 3 nights whilst in the city and found it suitably located for our needs.
Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Beds are really comfy. Bathroom is also spacious and well equipped.
Pool is a benefit but not very big and doesn’t appear to get much sun.

Disappointing stay.
Posted 19 Oct. 2024 on HotelsHad called twice to confirm my bookings were linked. They had not been and had issue every day with then getting into the room.
Then had to change room as first room was freezing and air con wouldn’t fix this and the shower ran cold water. There was also noise from the gym above and street below and the hotel had no ear plugs.
We had booked a room with sofa bed and got moved to one without. Second room was otherwise fine but several areas of pink mould around shower and sink.
There were no apologies from either male staff whenever we got locked out of our room nor for any of the other issues. The female staff were however lovely.

Fine. Nice staff. Standard rooms

Winding hallways. Terrible lighting for make up. Stains on the carpet. I don’t love how two sheets have replaced a comforter cover. Why is that now the norm. Remote control was grubby.
