The floor-to-ceiling living room windows facing south (balcony) let the sun flood into the rooms in the morning (electric shutters available)! In addition to a comfortable leather couch, you can expect a flat-screen TV with cable connection and a sound system with I-Pod docking station. The entire living and dining area, as well as the daylight bathroom are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating! If you have a Sky / Kabel Germany card, you can use it (Sky Box without card available).
The real wood kitchen has a granite worktop with ceramic hob, fridge with 3 * star freezer compartment, microwave with grill and crisp function (e.g. for French fries or pizza), integrated extractor hood, large dishwasher, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, electric.
