Staff was nice and helpful. Lobby was clean. I don't expect much from a cheaply priced hotel, but I at least expect a clean room. The floor in our room was dirty. There was noticeable dirt, hair and other debris. I "washed" it with a wet towel and the towel was filthy after.

We stayed here just one night on our roadtrip. The receptionist Elicia gave us great tips for location in downtown and where to get a drink. She also advised us about places to have a dinner. The hotel has a convenient location with food, drink and petrol station nearby. Our room was reasonably spacious and had a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Everyhting was really clean. Breakfast was good.

First of all the elevator was nasty when it was working , we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor twice. The furniture in the room was very old and scratched up there was spider webs behind the curtains which had Bleach splater from top to bottom. The AC worked but made a high pitch noise when it was on .The hotel Lobby and rooms looked Nothing like the photos on Hotels.com. We did enjoy the Breakfast .

Charged $100 facility fee at check in. This was not indicated on Expedia No hot water in morning for shower. Room very humid and had a moldy odor. Will not stay there again. Glad it was one night only.

This property is in need of serious repairs. The shower curtain rod is barely hanging on, ditto the towel shelf. The toilet needs to be flushed repeatedly. First floor hallway carpeting very dirty and damp. Trash in bags in the stairwell. Breakfast area dirty and all they had was two cereals, bread and coffee. But the A/C unit works well!

Misrepresented distance to the airport. Floors were dirty, bathroom sink hadn’t been cleaned and there was an odor in the entire place. The sheets did look clean and the staff was friendly. Luckily I was only there 6 hours.

there seemed to be a lot of people living at the motel. The would congregate out in front of the property every day and night? very strange atmosphere. The room itself was old but very clean and the bed ws great! elicia at the front desk was excellent!

The room was clean, besides the drug residue on the counter by the sink. Also there was like 9 police looking for a man an because my boyfriend an i fit the discription were where harrassed an made suspects. They did find the ppl an never even apologized. We saw a dog fight between two dogs it was crazy the elevator an hotel its self was disgusting found drugs on the stair well, because the elvator didn't always work. We didnt get fresh bedsing or towels until we asked for them an we paid for two night stay. Also we were harrassed by people staying in the hotel if we wanted to buy drugs..The worst hotel I've stayed in by far. We will never go back. I can't believe we went to syracuse to the festival an to gave a good time an had to deal with all this extra bullcrap. Never again!
