Fully air-conditioned and with free wi-fi, it consists of: three bedrooms (2 on the mezzanine floor and 1 on the ground floor), two fully equipped bathrooms with large shower, a large living area with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen equipped ", flat screen TV and a small courtyard with laundry. Wide possibility of parking (free) in the same street and in the large square of Santa Lucia adjacent. The area is served by bars, pizzerias, bakeries and is just a 12-minute walk from Ortigia. A few steps from the Sbarcadero Santa Lucia (Porto Piccolo), with a public solarium from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of Ortigia!

Stayed 4 nights in Siracusa and loved the flexibility of having a spacious, clean, quiet private apartment that had all the essentials! About a 10-15 walk to Ortigia and some of the main city sights/restaurants/amenities, convenient (free) parking for our rental car, two blocks from a couple neighborhood coffee shops..residential area close to all our needs. Had a wonderful visit!

Great base to explore Syracuse and Ortiga
We had a happy 3 days here, with our 3 teenage children. The property was well located and well equipped, we enjoyed exploring Syracuse and Ortiga. Simona was a great host and communication was excellent.

Simona was very helpful and made check in/check out very easy with great food recommendations. The location is a bit out of the way, but a walkable to Ortiga. We loved the Sunday market in the nearby piazza!

Lovely, Modern and Clean - A Great Place
We loved staying here. With the three bedrooms it was perfect for my family. We walked to Ortigia comfortably and there are food markets and a bakery nearby. The neighborhood is quiet. The parking right outside the front door ideal. This is an exceptional property and we would definitely book with Simona again!

A very comfortable apartment within walking distance to both Ortigia, and the archaeological park and museum. The Piazza Santa Lucia at the end of the road was a lovely open space, with places to buy groceries and breakfast.

This apartment is clean and updated and plenty spacious for my family of 5 + 1 friend. The location is on a quiet and very safe residential street with easy parking. It was an easy walk to the more touristic spots, and a central location to explore the area by car.

The owners were fantastic! Our flights were delayed so we couldn’t Check in until 2200 on Christmas Eve but they were extremely kind and helped us out! On arrival, Santi gave us a complete rundown of the city as well as some highly appreciated dinner recommendations. If you’re looking for the best VRBO in Siracusa for the price, look no further.

Great location for visit to Syracuse
The property is in a great location for visiting both Ortigia and the sights of Syracuse. Only about a 15 min walk to the Greek theatre and archaeological museum or 10 mins to get onto the beautiful island of Ortigia. The apartment is spacious and clean with plenty of room for 6 adults. Simona was a great host and was always available to answer any questions we might have. The wine that she gave us when we arrived was also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend the property as a good base for a family visit to Syracuse.

Excellent location for walking to Ortigia. Well equipped 3 bedrooms. Fun market nearby on Sunday morning. Two en suite bathrooms. However the occupants of the third bedroom have to enter one of the other bedrooms to access the toilet and shower.

This place was perfect. Location was an oasis in a busy city. Lots of street parking and only a 15 minute walk to the tourist hub of Ortigia. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen we'll set up and they even left us a bottle of wine. Santi met us and gave us a sheet with tons of recommendations, most of which we tried. All in all just perfect, especially if you are driving and just want to park the car. The also gave us the name of a taxi service and our driver, who spoke fluent English, was fabulous. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Syracuse Adventure
Simona and Santi have a wonderful apartment right next to the Santa Lucia Piazza / Park. The apartment is well appointed with everything and more that we expected. Simona was very helpful along with her lovely mum at our arrival. We were able to walk everywhere and of course spent much time in beautiful Ortigia. The apartment was obviously updated with wood beams and lots of skylights upstairs that were opened letting in so much fresh air.. Would highly recommend this apartment. The property was very clean and very modern.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Our son was able to stay with us. He lives in Syracusa. Our hot water went out one morning due to the very severe weather the night before and the owner responded immediately to getting back on. The place is very clean and cozy. It is within walking distance to ortigia and to most anything you want to do in syracusa. We plan on returning in May and hope the property is available. Easily sleeps 6. All utilities are new. Thank you to the owners for responding so quickly to any questions that we had. You made us feel at home.

A very comfortable house in a good location
We were very happy in this well equipped house just off the Piazza Santa Lucia. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms excellent, the kitchen well fitted for as much as we wanted to cook. The heating was effective, hot water plentiful, the wi-fi connection fast and reliable. There is a large step in the upstairs bathroom - we could have done with a little plug-in nightlight to remind us of it in the night. Of the recommended restaurants we tried, La Putia was the best. The bakery around the corner was excellent for breakfast pastries, the supermarket on Corso Gelone for most other things, and the little street market stalls good for veggies and oranges. There was a huge market in the square on the morning of the 17th, if this is a regular thing it would be good to mention it in the information. We would like to recommend the Cafe Riviera on Via Arsenale. The staff were extremely friendly to us, they have wonderful savoury pastries, the coffee is good, and they make a splendid negroni! We found it easy to walk all over Ortigia from the house, the hop on hop off bus is good value for an initial orientation day, the archeological park is a wonder and we visited as many museums as we could fit in. The tourist maps are often confusing and we often got lost but it was a pleasure wandering down new alleys.

Beautiful property, everything perfect
We loved this property. Everything is brand-new, beautifully designed and decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped for every need. The linens and towels were so fresh, the A/C worked like a dream, the Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, lots of hot water, new appliances, comfortable furniture, and parking was a breeze (right in front of the flat). There is a lovely open piazza a few meters away where we played soccer with our son, and lots of close shops for food, coffee, etc. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center of the old part of Ortigia, but we took a taxi home one night and it was very inexpensive and quick. Santi and Simona were communicative, prompt, and incredibly helpful and generous (they brought us a bottle of wine, which was much appreciated!) giving great recommendations for what to see, places to eat, etc. They even made a special note to wish our son a happy birthday during our visit! We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you, Eleven, for a wonderful stay in Siracusa!

Beautifully refurbished house within easy reach of Ortigia and other attractions
This property has been completely refurbished, very tastefully, and provided our family of six with a comfortable stay. The owner and her father were both very helpful and provided us with lots of useful local tips on where to go and where to eat. The house was very clean and provided us with all the equipment we needed (Simona even went out to buy some extra items we needed). The starter provisions including a bottle of wine and coffee, etc were a lovely touch. There is a nice bakery on the square to buy fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. A 15 minutes walk took us to Ortigia each day where we enjoyed the sights, bars, restaurants and bathing spots. There are beautiful beaches a short drive away,

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa casa. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro tranquillamente a piedi. La casa era pulitissima in modo molto accurato. Io, sempre, porto prodotti che mi servono per la pulizia o cose utili in casa ma invece, qui ho trovato veramente tutto; dai detersivi all'asse da stiro... veramente mi sono sentita come a casa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana perfetta.
