We stayed with our 10 month old and called ahead for a crib, as we were getting in around 11:30pm. There was no crib ready in the room. We finally did get it they gave a sheet that was too big. I requested a smaller one, as anyone who knows about safe sleep knows to big linens is a no no. They did have one but her employee let me know that the hotel doesn’t even provide them and an old employee had brought 2 in from her home. Just seems bonkers as I don’t bring my own linens for my bed to a hotel ehh would a crib be any different!?

Only hotel with a frame of "JESUS" in the entrance!!! Love !!! Love !!! Love !!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 A statue of ST. FRANCIS is also on a table going to the Dining area. Love !!! Love !!! ❤️‍🔥 Hotel very clean!! Room very clean!! U cannot find a spot of dust anywhere!! Bed so soft & comfortable !! Pillows so soft !! Bedsheets so fresh & clean !! Some parts of the shower floor need grouting replaced. I prefer added lights to make the room a bit more brighter. Hopefully U can provide BODY WASH too! 2 bars of soap is ok, but todays hotels now provide Body Wash. Breakfast very good. Like usual, many varieties offered. Front desk very friendly. Especially the guy! I did not appreciate that a woman would ring me at 1130am to remind me of Check out time, when I had specifically given very clear instructions to DAWN (woman who checked me IN & asked her to make a note on my account) that I will take advantage of the late checkout at 12nn!! Before I went to bed at 2am that night before, I called Front Desk AGAIN to make sure my late checkout request was noted & DAWN assured me she put the note in. Then, OF COURSE, the next morning, someone calls me!! 😮‍💨😑 Everything else is great !! The restaurant, BARBAGALLOS is a hit! I love their Breaded Shrimp & I always order spaghetti on the side. There is a gas station across, with a convenience store. This is my 3rd consecutive stay. Whenever I am in Syracuse, this is my only choice of hotel to stay!! Very comfortable !!

Nice hotel and bar/restaurant.
Very nice place with an attached bar/restaurant which is nice after a long day of travel. The manager checked us in and was very hospitable. Felt bad for him as the computer program used for check in was not being kind to him. He handled it well however. I would stay here again and eat at their restaurant too!

This is a fairly new property. It was clean and the rooms were quiet. It is attached to a restaurant and there is a gas station/convenience store next door. Convenient (1 mile) to the Thruway (I-90) and I-481. Breakfast was basic (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.), but adequate. My only complaint was the low-flow faucet and shower.
