We had a great stay. Loved that there is a restaurant and a deli. Both stay open late, great for a midnight snack. Only down fall is, the cigarette smoke. Its a casino, I should of known better. Only because of the children. Other than that it was a great stay. Staff was friendly, great room.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and exceptionally courteous. The downside is there is a pervasive odour of cigarette smoke. Some rooms have a stronger scent other lighter, but never truly gone.

Having your bag searched before you check into a hotel is disconcerting. The staff were rude and unhelpful. There's no way I would ever go here again.

The rooms themselves were clean and quiet, but the area downstairs was a casino, with security similar to tsa at the entrance which could be a challenge if anyone forgot their id at home. It was very noisy and smelled of cigarettes in that area, and of course was a bit of a maze, as is all expected of a casino. However I was not really expecting it to be a full-fledged casino so it was a bit of a surprise to me. For a plus, the bars had amazing drinks, i tried a creamy one that tasted exactly like a rootbeer float, yum!
