It was just ok. Supposed have gotten VIP amenities. Didn’t. Paid $26 for parking but it’s literally just a lot in DT Tacoma adjacent to the building. No room service. Just a place to sleep . It was clean. Not rushing to come back. .

I requested rooms near each other which was interpreted as joined. When the agent was checking us in, she said the adjoining rooms weren’t ready (it was 2:30 on an event day) and we had to wait. I explained it wasn’t necessary to be joined. She dismissed me with an ‘I’ll text or call when they’re ready) in the meantime we sat in the lobby (we had an under 21 guest so we couldn’t even sit in the bar area) waiting and watching a long line of people get their room keys with no wait. At 3:20, an hour wait, we stood in line again. I talked to a different agent and explained again that the rooms were requested to be on the same floor and at that point I didn’t care where they were. And added in that it was do busy the other agent couldn’t possibly call us if she even remembered. She apologized and immediately gave us our keys (on the same floor so that was nice). In the end it was all fine but during the process we were tired from travel and irritated. Also- we came for a sold out concert. There was only one bartender and no server or food available. We stood in line for drinks and sat in the lobby. You should be more prepared for the influx. You’re not new at this.
