The Staff were wonderful
Our tub would not drain and we had to ask for fresh towels every day just seems like on a 5 day stay the staff would offer to take our trash and at least offer to give us new towels but other than all that is was a nice visit

The photos they show of the hotel online are totally deceiving, this place is a dump. The hotel is old and outdated the rooms are rundown, the bathroom shower fixtures were broken and separated from the wall. The reservation site says to pay at property but they charged my card before you arrived and I see they because once you saw the property you wouldn't want to stay there. I was charged for 2 nights stay $89 pet night plus a $50 deposit for a 10 minute stay.. After seeing the room and expressing my total disatisfaction and asked for a refund I was told they could only refund me for one night. I believe I should hsve been refunded immediately since I was unhappy with the accommodations. I will never reserve a room online site unseen again. I'm still waiting on my refund

Great, sincere, and most caring hotel staff experience. My husband was injured during a tournament and Tara was extremely accommodating to us including our 2 babies. She went above and beyond in helping us late at night and early in the morning. Ana was also so kind and patient to help us with our stuff during the check out process. I could not have imagined staying anywhere else during our time of need. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much!
