I experienced the same as a few other reviewers mentioned - I didn’t receive any check-in instructions via email and the property didn’t answer the phone or return my voicemail. Expedia was also unable to reach them. After some wasted time waiting outside, I went somewhere else. This place might be okay if booking 2 days in advance, maybe they need more time to send the check-in email but they’re not responsive at all by phone if there are any issues.
