I’ve stayed here before but was very disappointed this time. I checked in and got my room to find hair all over in the bed. I called down and asked for a new room or to have bed changed. They moved me to a new room and I checked the beds and both beds in that room same thing lots of hair in both beds. I think I’ll be staying at the best western next time and pay the few extra bucks.

Having stayed here prior on multiple occasions, I was quite disappointed with this overall experience this time around. From not getting the room booked(staff said one staff member gave my room away-booked multiple months prior), wrong expectations set by staff on accommodations after learning this. (A renovated room a farce) left with a dirty room w/ dirty microwave, used qtips found on the floor, sheets that didn’t fit the hidabed. Your staff should have done more. Can’t say I’ll ever recommend you as a place to stay anymore. Megan, I really hope you read this and turn things around for your property. The housekeeping supervisor heard me along with the front desk staff acknowledging my frustrations. And no, I’m not Karen as I’ve stayed in hotels across the globe and prior at your Inn. Just so disheartened especially being very ill. Not what I needed to experience.

Older property but I think they're renovating at the moment (at least 4th floor was under reno at the time). Curtains had black/grey spots (mold?) and bathroom was older (slow flushing toilet) but sheets were clean and area was quiet/safe so met my expectations.

Booked this room because my son was having surgery near by the next day. They put us on the 4th floor where they were remodeling rooms. Didn’t warn us ahead of time or anything. The room entrance floor was dusty with white dust, my son fell and got it on his coat. The room smelled bad of paint fumes. We ended up having to put an air purifier in the room. We all had trouble sleeping because of the smell and got the worst sleep. It’s unacceptable to put people in rooms next to remodels with no proper ventilation, especially with small children. Had I known I never would have booked.

Upon check in no one was at the front desk for an extended period of time. When we were finally greeted the women was extremely grumpy rude and advised us our room needed to be cleaned and to come back closer to 3pm which was totally ok with us. When we came back at 315pm to check in the hotel computers were down and we were rouge checked in. Our room was FILTHY. We had a king suite. The couch was pulled apart and was full of food and gum. The hotel also is under MAJOR construction. Not just a hammer and nail. We immediately went back to the front desk and told the French girl we wanted to stay somewhere else. It was so late in the day we were unable to find a new hotel. Our room was changed and was still filthy. The French girl told us we would be refunded when the hotel system came back up. We were not issued a refund and the hotel denied Expedias refund request twice. I can't post the videos and pictures. DONT STAY HERE

Upon arriving to the hotel, we were told that housekeeping will only clean your room if you notify them the night prior…. Multiple nights we requested to have our room cleaned, only to discover NOTHING was done! Checked in n a Thursday, checked out Monday. Pathetic. The excuse the front desk staff provided was, “we have new staff that are training, sorry.” Save yourself the money and anger, just book at another hotel!
