After you've checked out Taeyado-ri for a while, spread your wings and discover South Jeolla's numerous other delights. South Jeolla offers beaches, coastal plains, rivers and mountains. Commonly visited South Jeolla tourist attractions include the castles, traditional villages and old towns. Common things to do in this part of South Korea include mountain climbing, hiking and picnicking.

If you want to go to some close by cities, consider Mokpo and Samho. Journey 40 kilometres to the northeast from Taeyado-ri and you'll discover Mokpo.
