My Last Time Staying Here
I was there on a Sunday for Monday morning meetings. There was some kind of street racing going on outside the hotel along Shoreline until 1am. In the morning, I realized there was a large, 1” gap where the glass on the sliding door was attached from the frame explaining why it sounded like the noises were in my room and why it got warm in my room over night. My room was clean, but the toilet paper had not been replaced so there was barely any left on the roll when I got there and a new roll had not been left behind. The several times I have been here, check in at the front desk takes way to long. There is usually only one person and a line of people waiting. The bathrooms are very small. On the positive side, the bed and pillows are comfortable and the location is convenient.

I apologized for forgetting names. On 10/19 The same lady that check us in & out10/20 was very helpful & nice. I thank u sooo much. The lady at the hotel store Saturday 10/19 was AWESOME. Bed/pillows/blankets were the best i have ever slept on. For these 3 reasons, i will only stay in this hotel when visiting Corpus Christi

When I tried to check in, the receptionist asked for my last name, I provided the information and then she informed me that she had given my room to someone else. She stated she had checked someone else and given them my room. After all that, I tried to have dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel and they said they did not have space but I could order to go. Not sure I will go back.

First time there
Check in was fast and efficient. The first night i called down to get an extra blanket and i never got it. I called down the next morning and still disnt get it. I called again that night and FINALLY got that blanket. The hallway smelt like someone was smoking pot, we had a balcony but the door was sealed shut so we could not access it. The breakfast buffet was really good and the staff were professional and kind. The location was perfect but we maybe using a different hotel on our next stay.

The only thing you get with this hotel is a good view of the bay. All hotel balconies are locked so don’t expect to enjoy any time on it. Floor was wet in the room on the other side of the wall from the shower. Bathroom had no fan and the “vent” in there did not pull any air out so prepare for plenty of steam. They require $15 a night for parking in their garage so add that to your bill. Breakfast also isn’t included so either plan to have it with you or leave the property. Elevators also stopped working for a time resulting in lines just to get up to your room. Probably will not be back unless I hear any changes have been made especially to the balcony policy.
