From top to bottom, this hotel is falling apart. Our 16th floor room had a stunning ocean view, which was overshadowed by the condition of the room. From the tattered furniture and torn bath towels, to the saturated carpet (SO GROSS) and buckling baseboards, it is clear that the hotel mgmt and parent company have long neglected basic property maintenance. The A/C condensation has caused the ceilings to sag and crumble throughout. One part of the lobby was haphazardly sectioned off with 5gal buckets catching water below. From the ceiling discoloration elsewhere, it appears this is a long standing problem. I reported our room damage to the front desk staff (clad in a t-shirt smacking her gum), who casually acknowledged the problem and said she'd let someone know. Because I doubt the sincerity and efficacy of these efforts, I thought I would let fellow Expedia users know. What a shame for a hotel in such a fantastic location.

I went to wash my Face And the washcloth wasn’t clean. Like it was folded up along with a towel that didn’t seem clean. Shower nozzle coming out . No alarm clock in room. Can’t even use balcony . $12 breakfast and daily Parking fees… I don’t mind paying for a good Hotel . But this was disappointing . Damp and moldy Smelling on my floor but lobby looks very clean . I usually never leave Reviews because I try not to complain. …but I just feel that for the price and location … they can do better

The hotel is very run-down. Only one elevator was working, wallpaper was peeling off the walls and our bathroom door was warped making it hard to open and close. The sheets had little stains on them, and the coffee pot had not been emptied or cleaned. It was just not normal IHG standards in my opinion. However, the bed was comfortable, the ac worked great and the view was beautiful.

Not that great. Room had an awful smell upon entry, the bathroom was not very clean, hotel overall did not feel clean.

It's a really nice stay with a modernized lobby. The bathrooms in the rooms leave some to be desired and the breakfast is a disappointment to anyone who's stayed at Holiday Inn before. Other than that it's a decent option.
