Rooms were old and dirty, fixtures in shower were loose and not working properly. Room 121 the door did not fit the frame and there was about a half inch at the top that was open.

Unable to get hotel shuttle due to the college game. Looks like they cater to game day guests. Called and waited one hour and thirty minutes for shuttle never showed. Had to call uber. Overall condition of property worn out / old. No attention to details, booked way ahead of time for 4 people when we arrived only 2 towels in room, Breakfast buffet underwhelming. Nothing fresh all processed cheap food , Nothing was being restocked had to ask then to get attitude from attendant. The only upside was the friendly fast multitasking omelette station cook.

Pros about hotel was location, complimentary breakfast and shuttle service. The major cons are the outdated room in the non-quite rooms and run down bath tub/shower. It was difficult to find available outlets for cellphone charging, the windows were dirty, paint pacthes on the walls, old deteriorating bath tub and shower and old stained furnishings. For over $250 a night, the shower/tub could have been more updated.

The location was a great proximity to campus and the staff were all very nice. Our room was not in the best condition. The bed was comfortable, but our room had several issues (loud AC unit, renovation work was poorly done, tub was stained, toilet seat was not put on properly.

The pictures on line do not tell the real story. It is very old, worn down, decorated terrible, poor paint job. The room was depressing and felt dirty. I will never go again.
